Then think about the price of the equipment then the bills to see and have your equipment running (lights/electric) and then employees to make multiple of these with a base pay. It takes hours of craftsman ship to melt form and sauder to link together then you move to filing and polishing and that’s already like 3-4 hours if you know what you’re doing and what you’re looking for to make a perfect link. Then you move onto the more tedious work like drilling the holes for the diamonds. Which he made 3 holes per link*** then you set them in so I’d say about 5-7 hours of work for a single bracelet. Almost a full work day for that. And THEN you can move onto the cost of diamonds. And that all depends on the quality/CT of the diamonds🤷🏽♂️ AND THEN*** you have to make a profit off of the product. So it really doesn’t just depend on wether or not the diamonds are real or fake. It’s the labor you pay for that make up about a quarter of what you pay for. There’s a lot of and then’s because it’s a process not a snap and a whistle then you got a chain in an instant.

I wanted to go for a biohazard effect with emeralds or peridot instead of black diamonds and maybe ruby or emerald eyes (but that's hasn't been decided yet) and a white gold chain instead of silver and a red gold mask. I think the red gold will make the mask look old and used. It Reminds me of the toxic political climate we're in today.
It is called 'Lemel' or sweeps, it is caught either in a tray or a 'skin' and is sent to a refiner, back in the day, Brylcreem was used by Jewellers at the bench, who would scoop up the lemel and put it in their hair! the go home and rinse it out, even trousers turn ups were used to catch gold dust!, Old Jewelley workshop floors, curtains, chairs etc are worth money because the dust is in them, over the years, they can be worth thousands, My old boss had a sign above his bench, 'The Golden Rule.....He who has the Gold makes the Rules!'.......
