@@3mmmmmm what's sad is with modern technology, stuff like that is true. Even if they lied to you, sometimes you need to replace completely different things to be able to get one working properly.
Even if he does try to make as much money as possible off customers coming into the shop...you really think he's going to show or imply that in his little videos? 🤔 You can't figure a person out off of a 60 second video clip.
I mean he seems like a cool guy from what I've seen which isn't much...but that doesn't mean he actually is good people.

@@hollengrhen1 it's extremely loud. Itll probably have a similar effect to the one phonerepairguru does in the vid. Its just so the speaker vibrates a lot so the dirt gets flushed out

I used 70% alcohol but did not applied directly, I soaked a cotton swab and rub against the speaker and worked like a charm ❤

For me it worked perfectly using a toothbrush with a little bit of alcohol and playing a „water out“ sound.

i think i remember somewhere in Siri Shortcuts that enables this type of fix too where the phone would vibrate so you could get the water out of your speaker

My phone is a redmi and yeah im not going to clean the speaker at my risk chances. So whenever i go to settings > Additional settings > clear speaker it will play a loud sound they recommend the max volume.
About -
1. Play once or twice if its lightly blocked by dust
2. If blocked heavily play it 2-5 times while shaking with the speaker facing downwards

The top speaker on my 12 mini was distorted and could hear bass in any audio. So I used a q-tip and hydrogen peroxide (the one I used was 3% but still worked), and now it’s no longer distorted

There is usually a coil attached to a plastic diagram with adhesive
Excessive alcohol can remove or soften the adhesive which will result in dead speaker
I’d be replacing the speaker otherwise

This helped me out with a phone I use for work as the speaker was sooo quiet I couldn’t even hear the music playing from it now it’s soo much louder I can hear it really clearly just need to fix the camera and screen as it got dropped and screen broke and the back camera doesn’t work as it’s makes clicking sound and shakes like an earthquake

Miui has a built in setting that allows you to clear your speakers by playing a high pitched noise. It's powerful enough that if you put your finger near the speaker, you can feel air coming out due to the sound.
This happens to me all the time, I just use water eject in shortcuts

Hey there. I thought It would be great to ask this question to you coz I have subscribed to you and have trust on you.This is regardless of this video but if you give a reply, it would be reallyyy helpful. My screen protector has come off and got dust on it. I dont have any alcohol or stuff to get it off so I just kept it under cold tap(i dont know what you call it in Canada, faucet?) water and then dried it and cleant it with microfiber cloth but the dust remained. Currently, my neighborhood is under quarantine and we cant buy stuff like new screen protectors. So i wanted to ask should I keep the screen protector as it is on my phone (though there is dust on it)? Or maybe can i just not put the screen protector itself? Once again, I would really appreciate if you reply to me. It would be really helpful. Thank you.

This just happened to me the other day.
There's actually an Feature on Shortcuts where you can get all the water/dust out. Same thing but without alcohol and youtube.
Watching this alone and doing nothing except tapping the phone while watching the video helped. It was just shampoo and the vibrations helped a lot lol!

If you put bottom lights there will be no water resistance
I think exposing my iPhone 11 promax to ocean water multiple times has messed my bottom speaker up. The earpiece speaker sound significantly louder and clear and then the bottom

If young age water in your speakers either let them dry or you can blow it out but you have to be careful not to put more liquid in it.
my Redmi note 9 pro has an inbuilt feature to clean the speakers you can find in settings its pretty conveniant after working in a dusty enviroment the whole day
What do you mean by not a lot of dirt in the speakers is a sign of water damage?
He means its not clogged, so it must be water or dirt
My bottom speaker just quit working and idk how to fix it but I’ll try what you did
