I was just thinking that. It usually takes too long to spool the turbo but his turbo spinned as soon as he hit the gas. Very good build

When the entire burnout pad was completely covered in smoke and the car was blowing so hard it cleared out a spot of smoke around the car so you could see it I knew he’d won lol. That was the coolest moment from the entire burnout day. Looked like a dragon coming through the smoke

That mini-van race was awesome! That needs to be a thing everywhere. I love the longer videos BTW, huge fan.
Ranchtang rocked! A little more ground clearance, & a solid metal guard to protect that bit of the transmission, would help, but perhaps the last part of the package is an auxiliary electric water pump you can run along with the fans after you shut down the engine at the end of your burn out, to deal with all the extreme heat soak when you shut down...
That's certainly a lot more important than people give consideration for. Also if we are talking longevity, turbo timers are something to consider. That is if the engine compartment isn't on fire.

The races were great, Kevin congratulated Matt on his racing, the fans were great, the fireworks - great, Matt held a baby, Mikey signed a baby, Matt punked Roman's Crown Vic, Derek from Vice Grip Garage took 2nd in the Crown Vic race, Matt kicked ass in the Rivals Burnout Competition and won it, the Holden Brothers made a HIGH BENCHMARK burnout machine, plastering the car hauler with stickers galore began, Mikey and Jenna gave each other crap, fun was had by one and all, and no one got hurt, Matt promised to keep digging out holes in the ground in Texas! The "what did we break" videos that come after are always interesting as well. They are what got us to this point. Build a car, run it to its breaking point, figure out how to make it better and run it again. With each comps it keeps getting better and soon enough the tires have no choice but to be the weakest part of the car. Just might have to fix the clearance issue first haha. Great job matt!

Matt, I've been watching your videos on Demo Ranch for something around 10 years, and this channel since the start (even Vet Ranch). I don't think I have ever commented from any of my few YT accounts, despite being a subscriber for quite a long time now. You have inspired me in many ways over the years, and this video that I watched yesterday when posted, and again today just now, has me feeling like maybe you can know how much another soul benefits from your channel. The knowledge and the knowledge of your team and crew, and from seeing/living your life experiences with you as you go through them sharing on Matt Carriker Channel or when you have more time the Demo Ranch Channel, always brings me joy and positivity to learn or be entertained through watching them. If it was a used police car, it will have more than a 4.6 under the hood. We had Wichita Falls PD cars that used to be taxis. Those things were a little on the fast side if you are totally not breaking the law and on your way to the speedway near town.

Right around the time the green flag came out in the race, something started shorting out and flaming in the car in the center just ahead of the trunk. Maybe a loose wire? Clearly visible as you lost power and then got back in the race.
