My dad said you have no taste in Mexican food if you didn't like what they served. lol When we went in 2015 I think there were a lot more options for food. COVID probably affected them and they are cutting corners because I remember really loving the food and I was never hungry. We are probably going to go again, but I'm afraid it won't be as good as back then.
We have lived in Mexico on several occasions 🤭 and don't typically stay on resorts much, but it was our wedding anniversary and wanted to do something different. Having working in the hospitality industry for many years. I understand that there's a lot more work that goes into the production of a resort. The food was okay, but I definitely think the food is better in town/main land. You certainly won't go hungry, this resort had lots of options :) I also think COVID and the few storms that had gone through have affected the location. But the staff. Are definitely top notch. And I do like that it is a smaller property so it's more quaint.

No we didn't :( just the bar by the main lobby. Which had nice bartenders :)
Did you see animals?

@@taniavelez7536 In 2015 we saw iguanas all over the place. They were cool and very tame.
