Depends on the location, for us as we were in general we paid 85 pp. First class wud be arnd 280. The speed is very slow 10-12 kmph. It takes 5 hours for 45 kms journey from Mettupalayam to Ooty. Hence we did Ooty- Coonoor which takes one hours approx.
