Love how the light grey dry-brush brought the engraved wings out of the gate's stonework immediately!
Thanks! Dry brushing always brings out such great detail!
Maybe try some silicone covered bakers parchment or coated aluminum foil to keep your work ( like the gate) from sticking to the drying surface.
an enjoyable series of builds, so on to the next part.
Indeed, much more to come - thanks for following along with the build!
Such an incredible build!!!!! ❤😊❤
Thanks!
@@ColonelOTruthMiniatureIssues you are welcome 🤗

Thank you very much old chap!
Awesome as always! Thanks for sharing so much detail 👍
Thank you and thanks for watching!
Great, as always. Inspired me to make some scatter terrain for an underdark campaign im participating in (its good to help the gm out sometimes XD)
Happy that you're feeling inspired! GMs need love too!
Looking good!
Thank you!
mind blowing looks amazing
Thanks Johnny!
This looks great, it's good to finally see the dragon gate finished.
I assume this is for wargaming, what system will it be used with?
You are correct! This is for 10mm Oldhammer. I have adapted WHFB 2 and 3
Excellent! Does the portcullis still slide after the paint is on it?
Great question - it certainly does! I installed a magnet at the top so that it stays in place when opened.
This is such a fun series! I'll be back for more
Thanks! Great to hear - more coming soon
Lovely work! What is the scale of the project?
Thanks! It's for 10mm fantasy wargaming (approx. 1:160)
While watching you work at the various builds is enjoyable the monotonous background music is so annoying that I am forced to turn the audio so low that your narration is lost.
Hi Douglas.
Sorry about that - the earlier videos were a bit of a learning curve! We changed the music later on. Please hang on in there!
Can't wait for more
Me too! More on it's way!
Awesome, as usual!
Thanks, as usual!
How amazing!
Thanks!
Wow😊
Thanks!
