Copies of the codes issued under PACE must be readily available at all police stations for consultation by members of the public (there doesn’t need to be a custody suit on site or a front counter). Even if they did print it off for you, I wouldn’t class that as “readily available”. Why do they find it so difficult to comply with such a simple law?

The 2 Territorial Support Group vans were parked on double yellow lines on a bus lane. Parking on double yellow lines is a road traffic offence, driving on a bus lane in order to park on it is another road traffic offfence. The Territorial Support Group could have claimed an exemption over road traffic offences were they to activate their blue flashing lights and declare this an emergency, but they failed to do this. This is police corruption and entitlement that should not be allowed. Why should they obstruct the bus lane and cause a traffic jam each time a bus shows up? Bro, stating "no comment" to questions you don't wanna answer is heaps better than "I don't answer questions". Why? Because some questions you may want to answer and "no comment" covers specific questions but enables you to answer those you want to without cops having a comeback.....like "I thought you didn't answer questions".
