    I love the respect that Garry has for all levels of the sport , he is just giving all his love to fighting and grappling . Amazing insights in his points of view !

    Garry's Breaking Legs and breaking hearts instructional changed my game, he's a fantastic teacher. Got so much out of it I picked up Unifying the System, helped my game even more. Highly recommend his instructionals!

    Trading in the mind eye is something that has helped me out since I started training. You can troubleshoot areas once you have an understanding of body mechanics. Playing with action figures as a kid is a good example of this I think. I got the idea of training in the minds eye from dragon ball z though.

    Gary's style is weaponized ADHD. His extrapolation of details into heuristics that can be applied in numerous scenarios i find is very, very useful.
