Hi Sally. I don’t comment usually as I don’t feel I have much to contribute, but I’m catching up after being on hols, and just wanted to say how much I admire you for standing up for folk who have had criticisms about their videos (I’m guessing something has been said somewhere about cluttered backgrounds) and for those who don’t get many views. I tried to make a couple of videos and know a little about how much work is involved, and I, for one, am so grateful for those folk who take the trouble to do it. I do especially love your videos, you seem like such a lovely person and your stitching is exquisite. Thank you.
Greetings Sally, not from Preston but Queensland, Australia…..I’m still watching. I love your Longdog, one of my favourite designers although I’ve only managed to do two up to now but then again, you do enable me . The pilgrim could be on the cards.
Your strawberry fields is looking great! I, not as far as you, but I’ve done almost the whole border. It wasn’t too bad, but it does change in places. ❤️ -Stephanie
Good evening Sally :) Lovely progress on your wips! And sounds good that the doctor checked you proper and thought of what your cough really could be! Hope the medication works and that you will finally have an ease on the symptoms
Hello Sally, may I start off with how lovely you looked in your blouse. Perfect colour for you. Your Barbara Ana Garden is turning out quite nice. I like the colours and it's design. I look forward to seeing you next time. Thank you.
Beautiful stitchy pieces, as always. Your new hair stylist has done a lovely job, your hair looks great! Let's hope your doc is able to provide you with a solution for your cough. Silent reflux is a tricky diagnosis, and I think some docs might use it as a "let's call it that when we can't find anything else" diagnosis. I had to have an upper endoscopy done to confirm that I actually have it. Tell hubby cateract surgery is a walk in the park - at least it was for me. I had it done about 2 1/2 weeks ago, and it really was a painless procedure and speedy recovery. Take care till next time. Steph x
Hi Sally. Thanks for sharing. Loving all your projects and you got so much done. Still hoping your cough improves, or actually goes away! Happy stitching x
Hello Sally. I loved your top! I cannot wear yellow but it looked so lovely on you. It looks like you have had a hair trim as well. You really looked bright and pretty today. I so enjoy seeing your stitching. You don't need to change a thing on your back ground! It is your home and it is fine! Always eagerly await your videos!❤❤❤
Great video as usual Sally. All your stitching is so beautiful. I hope that the new doctor you are seeing can try and get to the bottom of what is causing your cough. Take care, have a great week and look forward to your next video.
Your stitching is lovely, Sally! You are flying through that Long Dog Sampler! It is so cool!! Hoping the new protocol will take care of that cough - and BTW, I love your blouse!💕Enjoy the end of June and the beginning of July.😎 Our main goal here in Texas is to stay cool!🙃🍉🍦
Long Dogs are an addiction arent they! I can stitch for days on mine without batting an eye - however I do have to force myself to move on lol take care, Nic x
I eventually caught up! 😅 your longdog is looking amazing! Everything else is looking good too. Sorry to see the cough is still lingering, I hope you get some relief soon, have you tried gently steaming your sinus’s over a bowl of boiled water, not too close, it loosens all the mucus up there and might help. I stopped using steroid nasal sprays earlier in the year and use sterimar now and my nose isn’t dripping half as much now. These things are a real nuisance aren’t they! Have a great week x
Thank you so much Sharon. I had a look at the Sterimar online. Which one do you use? I don’t like using the steroid stuff so would be happier using that. The steroid one has helped with the post nasal drip so it’s not as bad now but it makes the back of my nose sore. It’s not stopping the tickling though! I did try steaming a while back but maybe I didn’t try it enough times. Happy stitching 😊
Please don't complain about wait times at a doctors surgery. Booking times cannot be strictly adhered to If each patient is being properly examined and treated. When it's myself that's ill or sore I, and no doubt you yourself, want to know I'm not a number or on a timer but getting the time required to discuss the symptoms or problems with the doctor to enable a diagnosis, regardless of the 'alloted' appointment slot. Having worked and owned a surgery I am aware it's frustrating to wait yet we expect to take as long as it takes when it's our turn. Emergencies also throw schedules out as happened when my son collapsed and was diagnosed with a brain tumour! Sorry to snap but I'm sick of hearing this complaint. If extra time is needed then it's given .
Lisa I wasn’t complaining and i didn’t say anything to suggest that I was. I know that the doctor I saw is popular and he takes his time with his patients which is what I prefer rather than being pushed out the door. I was merely stating that I’d had a wait.
Hi Sally love your stitching ,the long dog is beautiful 🤩 ❤

@@stitchysally I’m using the breath easy daily. It’s all trial and error isn’t it.
