There is no question that the United States is in much better shape as a country right now with Biden as the president than it was when Trump was president.

Trump must have thousands of non-disclosure agreements in effect. He made anyone who worked for him or entered into business arrangements with him sign one. Are these NDA's enforceable in perpetuity, or do they dissolve upon Donnie's death? Trump is elderly. I am imagining all the books that might come out after his demise.

Technically speaking, the defense shouldn't need to offer a single witness, offer opening or closing statements.
The burden of proof is always the prosecutors.
