so glad you're doing this. Bumbles McFumbles is one of my favorite UA-camrs, and I think more people should be doing reactions to his videos. Other videos of his that I'd recommend you check out are Which Punch-Out Boxer is the Biggest Cheater (both parts), The Worst Voice Acting in Video Games, 3 of the Worst Dragon Ball Games, Demon's Crest - The Best Game You've Never Played (the game Firebrand from Marvel Vs. Capcom is from), Ganondorf in Super Smash Bros. - The Best Worst Character, and Jack Complains About the FNAF Storyline.
I think Heavy has a Master's degree in Russian literature or something actually. So not a big dumb brute, just a Russian guy a like 75% grasp on speaking proper English.
Though I'm pretty sure that, regarding war crimes, Soldier is the biggest war criminal because he kinda just hung out in Germany slaughtering people AFTER WW2, and has just done far more heinous shit than most other mercs (except probably Pyro and Medic)
The same UA-cam has done a video on the video game punch-out, the character with little mac in it. The video is about which characters have broken the most rules. It's so much fun, you'd love it! Especially if you're a fan of boxing 😂😂😂

Although I did think Spy would take second place relegating Medic to the third The only thing I know about war crimes is that you can't wear your adversaries' uniform and signage with the goal of attacking them or something to that effect, which puts many a fictional character in hot water, and also means that every single time Spy uses his disguise kit he's committing a war crime c:
