Very respectable number! I would definitely try to keep it at less than 50 so you are never working on anything too old so to speak. I’ve noticed that the excitement wears off after a year or a year and a half. Try to work on those oldest canvases.
Love the dogs playing poker. You could give it away and just ask who would like it and do a drawing on those people only. Just depends on how much work you want to do to get it gone from your stash 😮 😂
I like Rounds when I want a bit of a change/rest from doing (usually) high confetti Squares that I do, but I definitely have way more squares in my (licensed) stash. Like most people I have a bunch of snack sizes from when I started out diamond painting and didn't really know what I was doing and they are nearly all rounds so who knows, one day I might clear that pile of canvas's taking up space 😂 😺😺😺
Most of the budget friendly ones I have a rounds, the few square ones I tried didn’t line up nicely at all. But I have so many licensed kits that I want to do and KNOW the quality won’t piss me off that I don’t usually choose the budget ones. I have a friend whose daughter takes some of the budget ones from me, and I will also pass them on to people who are interested in trying one out. I’m not handing over a $70 canvas to anyone for free just to see if they like it 😂
I have 35 DAC canvases (including WIPs). I haven’t counted the other companies yet (Dreamer Designs, Diamond Dotz, Craftibly, Oraloa, etc). I’m not counting the unlicensed kits either.
You have a wonderful stash According to my husband I have 300 to 500 diamond painting. I'm not sure because I have them in 4 different location in 4 different states. I might have 50 on my big rig

Yes! I also worry that companies will make upgrades and I won’t want to work on their older canvases as well.
