So the OwlView cams are their own type of camera. I wouldn't say you need to swap them out unless this is the type of camera you wanted when you purchased the ColorHunters. The ColorHunter uses its on board light to see color at night, and the OwlView has a light as well, but can fully function without it. If the newest generation of night viewing technology is what you want, you can upgrade it! But if your current cameras satisfy your needs, by all means use what you have
Yes they do! They don't need a special NVR. In fact, these camera's are ONVIF compatible and the Wise-ISP feature should work with 3rd party NVRs such as R-Series.
I installed my test one from UNV few weeks ago , I love it!!
I will be installing more around my house soon.
We'd love to see some sample footage! If you share it on social media and tag us, we'll share it and tag you in return!
Nice camera, just wish it had a 1/1.2" sensor like Hikvision and Dahua night color cameras
The software improvements on this camera is where the real color at night magic happens!
This camera set up in two would be great, what all do I need for a complete system? Currently have ring cameras
I have a full system of ColorHunter cams - Are
the Wise cams a direct replacement ?? Thanks .. .. 👍

So, is this type of camera license retrieval capable?
Do these work with their current NVR's ?

A PTZ version soon as well please!
That would be amazing!
I think IR is still great, imagine if they applied AI to IR and deliver the best black and white image possible.
But will the thief's face be clearly identifiable with such a slow shutter speed?
Yes, the Wise-ISP technology eliminates ghosting, motion blur, and other artifacts
excelent :
If we can only get cameras with user friendly software and not completely locked
The interface can take some getting used to. But the apps are improving all the time!
