Epic episode. What an awesome spot to relax for a week. Thanks for putting the effort in making videos for people to watch and enjoy. You pushed your luck a couple of time with Larrisa in that episode Adam!!! You two look at each other like you're teenagers!! Catch you next episode. 🍻👍

🤣 she loves it! So good when we are relaxed and having fun. It can be stressful at times when we are remote with no chance of help if something goes wrong.

Wow best video yet, great work and love that you do your own maintenance on the truck and a camper. Stay safe and keep having fun Mark

Thanks Mark, I'm no mechanic but most things are pretty easy to do once you figure out how it works.

Great episode guys. Good to see you relaxing for a few days. I carry way more spares than I need including many metres of various sized cable and spare bearings and shocks for the trailer.

You just got a new subscriber!! Can these videos get any better? Just awesome! Adam you are really mastering that drone. On that point, who would have thought not that many years ago now, ultra high definition gyro stabilised drone type footage was the domain of movie makers, and out of reach for mere mortals, fast forward to now, wow. .. I think your family trip is so uplifting for people all around the country who are thinking they have to spend $250k or more to gear up for such a trip. But you also make the point of you do need at least some decent mechanical knowledge to at least make 'bush mechanic' fixes when remote. Thank you, stay safe, will keep watching! Don.

Loving all your videos, watching all your adventures, planning for our year trip in March so good to see a family trip on a budget, schooling and loving the outdoors and what Australia has to offer… your all such an inspiration keep the videos coming can’t wait to see the next one. Cheers guys, just wanted to show people a realistic lap of Australia. Not a sponsors paid tribute. We always carry a complete tool kit in the car. All the spanner, sockets, pliers, etc to tighten or dismantle most things on the car and camper. Because having roadside asset is good, but they don't go everywhere and you might have to wait days for help

It started making a metallic screaming sound at the start of the Gibb River Rd so we stopped using it as its a complete new system. Got someone to look at it, said it was a little low on gas and loose belt. WRONG. Wait for it

Hi Guys probably too late now,, but replace them with Off Road Magnets. They have a single slot with a vibration sleeve.

@@GoingOverland If you get a chance have a look at this at 7:22. I had to replace mine in Alice Springs & the only ones that I could get where On Roads.. they lasted 250 Kilometres, originals had done around 40,000 you will probably have to replace the support arm as well as it will have worn that down. ua-cam.com/video/3G7Pbn2nuR8/v-deo.html Cheers & stay safe

It was a fantastic place to chill out. Before we left home I found it really hard to understand how the parks system works and all the talk about trying to get into the place. Hopefully we can shed some light on staying there

Can I ask, how the kayaks and the ezywash. I do have two inflatable pontoon boats for fishing but look for a boat for just a paddle to check out places

just started watching . was thinking bout your electric soldering iron Id take one but I also use the portable gas ones.. another technical question I just noticed your video has been exported with a border now. so the resolution is not true ..

    • @GoingOverland

I didn't even realise that, don't know what has changed since the last video, but the program has done a update after 6 weeks of being off grid!
We try and not take things that need extra supplies, so if they run out we don't have any problems. So apart from the 2 LPG gas bottles, water, food and fuel, we are good.
So we use a 240V soldier with the inverter. And all our AA and AAA batteries are rechargeable.
