    We used to climb the western side as kids. No chain, no track. There is an old free climbing trail on the northern face too. The rock used to be much bigger but the power that were blasted the southern shoulder from Paritutu just over 100 years ago. Before the power station was made by reclaiming Moturoa Beach there used to be a left and right hand break coming into the bay at the base of the main breakwater.

    Looks fun is it scary as very steep near vertical? You must have to hold onto the chains. Did you fly a drone in the video? Drones often get better view point of area as often cannot see from ground level. Thank you. I do want to try this one but could be scary.
