Never really understood all these pizza chains including breadsticks as a side when you already have pizza...which is already mostly bread. These combo boxes should include options for family sized salads or other non carb sides instead. Maybe they do offer the option, I dunno much about it tbh. Just that the default in these boxes is always pizza and breadsticks.

Well that looked thin but definitely not crispy... when I get thin and crispy I EXPECT CRISPY like a cracker. Dangit brah! Thanks man :-) Merry Christmas.
I like many others have noticed a steep decline in the quality of chain pizza. It isn't just Pizza Hut. It's Dominoes, Poppa Johns... etc... Most of these chains give you a medium sized Pie for what they charge a large. If I am gonna spend the money anyway, I just go to my local pizzeria.
So in Canada we have this “deal” year round for $35.99CAD. This includes 2 medium specialty pizzas, breadsticks, 8 wings and a big chocolate chip cookie. Even with the conversion I would still think we get the better deal. Plus you can get it anytime of year.
That definitely sounds better as two specialty pizzas gives you more variety than some 1-topping ones. Is it only a particular crust style like hand tossed original or can it be thin or others?

To me the only real value in major chain pizza is Little Caesars, I'd honestly rather have a Home Run Inn, or screaming Sicilian frozen pizza over Pizza Hut any day of the week, and this not being of good value is of the many reasons I see so many Pizza Hut locations in my area closed down, and now the mini takeout/delivery locations in their place if that.
on top of that, Little Caesar's makes their dough from scratch, every day. I was surprised myself to learn that a fair bit ago while doing a case-study on the chain for a class.
@@housemana Yep, and one of my niece's friends works at the one I goto as an after school job, and I was surprised when I found that out as well, and their Android app(I don't use Apple so can't vouch for that) is really easy to use compaired to the Pizza Hut one that always seemed to freeze on me, would not accept my credit/debit cards, and took forever to process when it finally did even on a 5Ghz WiFi connection that was pulling well over 100Mbps down, and pushing 25Mbps up. Pizza Hut IMHO really has fallen from being a great chain in the 80's, and 90's, to now nothing but a joke relying on gimmicks, and over proudced commercials to keep them afloat.
You certainly can't judge a pizza store by buying one pizza, that's for sure. I go to the exact same dominoes store here in Australia every week and buy a pepperoni pizza. And the pizza does vary every time, it all depends what person working there is making it, because in fact the store worker is the one who throws the ingredients onto the pizza. For example in some cases my pizza is excellent, meaning it's packed with the mozzarella cheese and it has a pepperoni everywhere, on other occasions I get a pizza that doesn't have enough cheese, and the worst one I ever had didn't have enough cheese or pepperoni and was too much like just a tomato sauce pizza with minimal cheese and pepperoni on top. As you can see the variation is large. This means it's not generally the place you go to when it comes to distribution of ingredients, but it's just who is working at that specific hour and making your pizza.
I went to order this and after the tip it was $35. - nah. I can go to a real Mom and Pop with real Italians and delicious food for that. Good to support local businesses anyway.
The Triple Treat box in Canada is always available and also includes chicken wings (regular or boneless). For dessert you can get a Hershey chocolate chip cookie pie, a brownie pie or the small Cinnabon rolls. And you also get two dipping sauces.

We have a similar deal from Pizza Hut in Canada. They offer the two pizzas (with up to 3 toppings), breadsticks, dipping sauce, chicken wings, and the dessert for $37 CAD (~$28 USD). Ours has gone up in price by $4 compared to previous years as well. I think the inclusion of the chicken wings still makes this a fine deal for us, and it still has that Pizza Hut quality.
In these days of Covid, lockdowns, Vaccine Passorts etc, and the challenges people have, and mental health taking a hammering, I think that box and presentation will provide a lift to people. Dad returning home to the family with this box, and the kids getting the opportunity to unpack it, I am going to add a point. So 8.5.
OK when out and tried this yesterday - (Arkansas) the price for me was $28.24 with no extra toppings. Got 2 hand tossed pepperonis and they were good - standard Pizza Hut. The breadsticks were okay I guess and the cinnamon rolls were good but very sweet. If this deal was $20 I would be happy but it was almost $10 more (about $30) so for the price I'm disappointed. I was hoping to get this deal for around $25. But the food is good.

BTW, I listen to your VORW podcasts like reruns, kind of like TV shows. I think a lot of other people do that too. When I’m not looking at your reviews of food, I might be going back into the archives and listening to those long hypnotic talks that you do. They’re really a lot more fun than I first realized.
He not only has the magic taste buds but apparently an ear for perfect pitch in the cinnamon roll choir. 👍I just had a Hut pizza this week and my store must still be serving last year's pizzas cause it was awful. 2.5....and that's only because they got it right side up in the box.
That might be the highest quality Pizza Hut breadstick I’ve ever seen….could be that the Pizza Hut near me is a Taco Bell/pizza hut and could also be the fact that I’m usually only drunk when there 😂
Reviewbrah’s metabolism is the thing of legend.
Its wild this dude hasn't gotten cancer from all this poison food yet. Some folks are just built different.
Back in 2012, me and my roommate were laid off from work and the $10 box saved our lives. Feed both of us and we got drunk on cheap whiskey. $20 bucks a day.
I like a lot of sauce on my pizza, so I really liked their Detroit Style pizza. Wish they'd bring it back.
I am the opposite, I don't like pizza soup.
i am the opposite of the opposite. i dont like eating pizza flavored crackers
@@m1a1abrams3 soggy pizza is disgusting you can have a balance but too little sauce as long as it has enough cheese and other toppings would be better than drowning in sauce
@@thebandanapirates8591 argument goes both ways. u never had detroit pizza then
I do too, I always prefer pizza with a lot of sauce.
I was having a bad day until this new review appeared on my feed. Thank you Reviewbrah!
Enjoy the Reviewbrah review, brah.
So . . . Round bread, with bread sticks, followed by bread swirls.
Yes, they all have different flavours, but it's still bread, bread and bread again.
Its fast food pizza. Dear christ man what do you expect
@@tonyelectionfraud669 Variety, maybe?
Nowt wrong wi' a pizza, but then to have it with bread sticks, and a bread-based desert?
What about Fries? Or a Salad? Or even a Soup? Y'know, summat that AIN'T more bread!
I realise it's a crazy idea, but it might just work.
It's the same dough they make for pizzas , they just cut a medium in half.
yeah, they're just preying upon the feeble-minded with the illusion of variety. salad would take logistics effort, increase refrigeration needs, and likely lose money. if some idiot wants breadsticks, the dough is already sitting there.
@@speedracer1945 they actually come in frozen and look like tablets now I just finished working there for two years a few months ago lol, we do that when we’re sold out. Quality is not what it used to be

It's definitely going to go up in price next year so, be aware of that.
@Mike V. Damn I was about to comment thanks obama sarcastically. Mike, we were a team! Don't do me like this, you know inflation is constant and wages are stagnant. One is fixable...
I wanna see Reviewbrah hit up an asian supermarket and review the snacks
Nothing beats Costco pizza value and taste IMO 😋
facts!!
I agree. Little Caesars is the best deal I know of in chain pizza restaurants. I also enjoy the taste of Little Caesars more than other restaurants.

Idk about you but as of late I've noticed a dip in pizza hut quality, perhaps it's just my local ones but with the increased price I'm not too sure how I feel about them anymore 🤔 of course your video is enjoyable as always though! 💕

Pizza Hut just looks like DiGiorno frozen pizzas now. I still remember getting their pan pizzas with the family in a Pizza Hut restaurant - today's pizzas are not the those pizzas.

I used to work at pizza hut back I'm the 90's' the quality was much better then. It's gotten progressively worse over the years, much like BK. Stick to local mom and pop's shops, stay way from corporate garbage peddlers like the "Hut".
The real treat? This video. Thank you kindly and Merry Christmas!
The breadsticks are crispy on top and bottom because we lather it in vegetable oil. 😁
Hope you're having a good day King!
Hello John! Good show. Hope you and yours are doing well!
Pizza Hut went out of business in my area a couple of years ago! That says a lot! I miss their Hot Wings. Everything else was mediocre at best. I liked their wings and thin n crispy.

Yeah I'm not paying that much. It's getting to the point it's not worth it to eat out anymore. Really anywhere. Thanks libs.
I want to try this now, for the holidays
