That Hoseung-Seungwoo moment at 2:57 🥺 they seem to be good friends 💗💗
As an Indian I can confirm that these are just straight ✨FACTS✨
@M.S - The Science Student! Yea ryt
Same as a middle eastern
Me: Can I go to a sleepover?
My Mom: You have a bed. Why do you want to sleep in someone else's?!
I think that meme applies to most conservative cultures in the world 😂
nooo this is so funny lmao😂
Why does Seungwoo never fail to entertain? l seriously can't get enough of him!
FR HE'S SO CHARMING
Is Bobo going to be the Cinderella of Awesome World? Because if so, she and Hoseung would be like Beauty and the Beast 😂
ahahahaha
The prince and Cinderella.
I am here laughing over how they two talks about their future daughters rules and regulations 😂😂😂😂
Thank you Heejae for sharing your best friend with the world. This man Seungwoo is a treasure! A TREASURE!!!!
I'm Canadian and could relate to some of these I had a 9pm curfew until I was 18, we take our shoes off at the door and my mom always talked about how much snow they had to walk in up hill! Both ways to school 🤣
Definitely like if they had no bus or anything to get there! Also I don't know if it's a thing or more like on the canadian french side. But in our home we mostly always had a recreation room designed to play or a second living room. Outside there just so much to do it's hardly a punishment, like playing in the snow, cycling, playing hockey or playing in the pool. But in our bedroom except for a bed and a desk it's pretty empty. So being grounded is mostly about being locked in your room.
Idk if I'm the only one who noticed this or not but Hoseung at 10:04 said "..Heejae and someone else who was here" the someone else here,I feel like Hoseung referred to Sehee/Jinkyu since they used to say the ending that way .
Idk I feel like it's them as they were Awesome world's 1st/2nd gen members(lmao😆).
Anyways this video was quite fun and happy for the new member,Bobo!! 😃
Sehee must be very busy. Usually they get them to return in later videos once their schedule allows, but it's been a WHILE since we've seen her.
sehee & hoseung had such a great chemistry it was always fun with those two😭
As an Indian, nothing is more relatable than this video!😂💜 really enjoyed it
We also take our shoes off inside in Sweden (like 95%) 😆 And maybe bring indoor shoes/high heels etc.
Me, an Eastern European: relates to both, neither and everything in between. Good stuff.
Loving the new cast member Bobo, she is so pretty and has a beautiful smile, hope to see more of her, she looks like shes gonna be funny too!
Okay first of all we love to see the Bromance at 2:57 and the size joke was funny. Second honestly all of this was relatable to me as well, shoes have never been allowed in the house because you don't want to bring in trash from outside or ruin the floors. I'm a 19 year old black girl yes from the US but getting hit with slides or anything found close isn't uncommon. I have 3 older brothers and when they wish to go out they may at any given notice, I however am watched like a convicted felon and investigated about where I'm going, who will be there, what is there family background? Also relationships are unequivocally out of the question. Love the reaction. 💜
Hoseung looks so elegant and sophisticated with his hair back out of his face. That's a great hairstyle for him. He looks more mature and debonair.
My parents were very relaxed with me, I think it's because I was the last in a long line of kids. So I am a very laid back parent too. My kid can study what she wants, because I don't have to like it she does. And if she doesn't enjoy it she won't put in all her effort or appreciate it. Also grounding kids isn't really a punishment anymore they have so much that they do at home, it's better to tell them if they don't behave they have to go out 🤣
i like watching Seungwoo, he's very cute, it makes me wanna be his friend
Wow, Korea and India are exactly the same, same problems, same kind of parents and same superstitions 😂 love Korea 💙
😂😂😂siz Kore'nin tirnagi olamazsınız bı kere kirlisiniz 😂😂😂 arada çok fark var 🤮🤮😝🤪😠😏😒🥴
Uhhh...that's because it's Asian memes and India is in Asia 😅
@@yashicapoojary9769 I know that, I thought the video was titled memes only Koreans can understand
@@jiyapathak8470 no offence
Noooo,not same 😒😒😒
I'm being honest I saw seok-jin that's why I'm here😁
Yes, i was also thinking when seeing the thumbnail, is it WWH?
Me too 😂
As a person from the balkan. Man are asians and balkans the same. We literally are the same in thinking studying also still pretty conservative,etc...it's just so fun watching these memes😂😭
Great work and man seungwoo and hoseung are the best team
I hope to see a video with heejae, beomgyu, seungwoo and hoseung at least once in my lifetime🙏🏽🙏🏽
I was just thinkimg the same, this was like me when I see Balkan memes
Sameee I am also Balkan and find these so relatable 🤣🤣
Aaaah, so relatable!! I miss Heejae 🥺
About the one where the parents said that this was how they went to school
Every parent, no matter what the nationality, says this.
I'm over here in Jamaica and my parents and grandparents said the same thing.
Hoseung is such a likable guy , i think he is very intelligent and sweet , every mother wants her daughter to take him home i think 🤣
About the grounding in America: Yes, if you don't go out much, then grounding to stay inside doesn't really affect you, but parents may also ground you from your phone, computer, gaming system-- or, if you are old enough to drive, from using the car for anything other than going to school. You can be grounded from anything you use for entertainment, really. It's not just used for not going out.
Part of the reason parents don't send us out is because it might not be safe. Korea is a much safer country-- Actually, many Western countries are much safer countries than America (although it does depend where you are in America) for unattended children. Since sending children out of the house as punishment is not part of the culture, you also run the risk of attracting unwanted attention from others who think you are negligent. Here, we only kick adult children out of the house, and it's usually permanent. Basically, to kick your child out of the house, even temporarily = abandonment to most people.
Side note: My father also tried the "I walked to school uphill both ways in the snow" with me, but... We live in Texas-- where it is very flat and everything shuts down if there is even a hint of snow. Nice try, Dad.
As an India I can relate to all of these memes so accurately
as a Hispanic i can relate to all, if not, majority of these😭💀
Me just wondering, "are my parents secretly Asian?" This is literally so relatable. Especially the "Mom, can I sleep at a friends house?" 😅🤣
Actually most of my schools when I was living in various African countries were very close to our house. It wasn't until I came to the US they I realized scold could be really far. In college I has to walk from our Long Island house to Queens, then take a bus to the train station, then switch the train 3 times until I got off in Harlem. I think it was during my parents'times that school was fast. But even then my grandfather built a school right across the road from his compound. My mom and all 17 of her siblings started school there. And if you go to most African countries you'll find that shoes don't even enter the house. You leave them near the door. A lot of homes are actually compounds with souther one or several homes so you can have several generations living in their own "chambers". And the "sieste" culture doesn't just happen in Spain. It happens in quite a few Francophone countries as well.
Me too, I was like nope there are schools in every district here sometimes even more than 2 schools plus its far there are taxis and buses not to mention parents pay for school transportation for designated school etc. and they pick and drop the kids to and from school at their homes. I guess those starving ads are still prevalent and detecting how the rest of the world views, I mean I'm not brushing aside the clear and obvious poverty but most of Africa is quite developed. About the shoe stuff in Zimbabwe where its quite common and expected to leave them outside the house but now that I'm living in South Africa the culture here we just enter with our shoes.
My dad told us he walked to school up-hill in the snow both ways all year, then Mom says "oh yes, on the subway?" They grew up in NYC.
Hoseung's hair looks so good here
seungwoo is too damn fine
1st meme: That could be anywhere in Europe too. I have never met anyone who does not take off their shoes before entering the house. My mom would yell me so much if I enter the house with shoes on
Bobo is beautiful, hopefully she will join in more video
Every video in which seungwoo is there, it's going to be funny
“They smell like butter but I smell like sesame oil” 😂😂😂😂
Just noticed how deep I'm with you guys bc first thing I thought was: I love you all! (And we just met Bobo too pls😭😂 but such good persons always!
This was the most chaotic of their videos I have seen yet 😂
This seem to be a very common missconception (for some weird reason) but you take your shoes off inside in almost every country on earth!
exactly! american tv shows ruined this for us for a lifetime😪
Woah!!! Jin in the thumbnail 😂😂😂
This was hella relatable to me as well (and I am Italian lol). I guess every old generation parents are the same😅
In America we have school buses from Kindergarten - 12th grade or if the school is close enough you walk.
I just want to clear up this misunderstanding. There are plenty of American households that take shoes off at the door. My family is one of them and we are black. Wore my shoes in the house to the living room once and was immediately scolded.
THIS WAS RELATABLE FOR PAKISTANIS AND INDIANS AS WELL😂💜asian vibe yk🤷🏻♀️
where is byungeon and haejae i miss themmm
asian girls screaming in the chat about curfew when there brothers don't have one
When you are early and don't know what to comment: 🤷
I'm early for once and I don't know what to comment 🙃
I’m Nigerian and I relate to all of the memes especially the one of how our parents got to school
I was forced to laugh even I can’t when I watched this video. Those memes are all the TRUTH of ASIAN FAMILY LMAOOOOO
I miss heejae so much here😂
Yup..me too..
@Fasdi Rerti Not again 😐...
What happened to Heejae
@@suruchikarki9 she's on a break..i guess..
I need an update EP w HEEJAE 😭😭😭
Bobo is so pretty and beautiful and I wish I could look and be more like her.
Also i have a massive crush on Hoseung (he is my fav member of the group and always makes me smile and laugj and he is just so handsome)
I miss them both you know who I am talking about
As an asian (indian) these are soo truee😂😂😂
I am Kenyan and I relate to all these, even the removing shoes thing!
how is it that hoseung said "I'll kill you" so perfectly?
In eastern europe we have pretty much all the same things lmao. I never understood the grounded thing, I'd get sent out and have any screen privileges revoked for 2/3 weeks.
And the sleepovers it was more like "i dont want some randos kids sleeping here, but if i let you sleep at their house they're gonna expect to come here, so ur not going anywhere"
as a south asian living in england i totally related to these as well 😭😭
Words of the wiseman: "You both smell like butter, I smell like sesame oil ! " 😂😂😂
Jin in the thumbnail 👀💜💜😅
This is so relatable . Like am African but I can relate so much 😂😂😂😂 my parents uses stuff like the slipper or cooking stick when I get a B or talk about sleepovers
Can’t wait to see more of Bobo❤️
as soon as he said "as you see in Africa, the schools are really far from their homes"🤣🤣🤣
Yes...yes they are
Seokjin with shoes in the thumbnail 🤣
6:19 Spaceship concept was very intriguing. Maybe that's why Western cultures are outward looking while the Eastern cultures are inward looking.
8:40 Everybody understood the meaning of size but nobody wants to accept. 😂
oh i can relate to some of these but i have done so many things my parents don't know about DURING my free time or when i was supposed to be at school.
All memes or facts are so relatable 💯🇮🇳
I would love to see all the contestants dressed for a formal occasion. Suits and evening gowns.
5:09 “I know who you are, but I kill you!” I like this version more, would’ve been a wilder movie... 😂
보면 볼수록 매력적인 남자야.
0:54 this is annoying when you live in a building apartment and share a small hallway with the people from the first floor and they leave their shoes in front of your door making it hard to open your door.
Being an Asian and Pakistani I can relate,,,,,,,,hahaha I think all asian parents have taken classes together before coming to this world
I think I like this curfew rule of Asian countries, parents are always in favor of their kids,,it's not about matter of girl or boy, we all know daughters need extra care,,,so I liked the mindset of male crew
(I think Hoseung oppa is just sweet and friendly to everyone,I am not saying others are rude but I have seen him more than others)
as an indian i can relate hahahahahaha bec we are asians to and other people think we're not
Most things suit my country too, I think parents around the world are really the same
i miss heejae and byungeun :( :( :(
As an African, I can relate to this sooo much, it's like we have the same parents
The sleepover one was op broooooooo😂
The spaceship picture/question confused me. When they say forward, do they mean closest to you or the one in front? The one closest to you would be the big one. The one in front would depend on what's designated as the front. If you're in an auditorium with a stage and you're standing at the back, then the most forward spaceship is the smallest one, but if you're standing on the stage then the biggest spaceship is the most forward one.
when I say mom and baby crying
The only thing I could think of is mom sizing my phone so that I study and not surf on internet
The "Go out"-picture is so my mother when I turned into a recluse as I entered my adolescence in the early to mid 90's.
For reference I'm fully Dutch.
5:19 Hey guys, this seems ridiculars today. But it was actiually true to my grandparents.
6:57 GOAT
For my lunch in America I packed an apple, chips, sandwich and cookie :) sometimes a banana instead of apple, or some berries
These are also valid in India😂😂🤷♀️
Seungwoo is so adorable in this video, so cute and fun!! And those grey sweatpants look great on him!!
Me: mom i got 99/100
mom: woah my best child! i love you
*mom got call relative- yeah my child got 100/100*
me: ready to runaway
As a Indian specially bengali Sleepover is another thing I've never been out with friends alone....No permission granted from mom....
actually all this is relatable to africans as well, and african parents are super strict too
(Jin was seen) I'M HERE!
I am Asian American and I relate to these all lol
2:45 NOT THE BL MOMENT😳😳😂😂😂😭🤣👌
I was so excited to go to prom!! But then the pandemic hit and they had to cancel it (our graduation too!) I was a little sad but at least all the seniors were able to automatically graduate
Seungwoo being the new beast? Or do we have two beasts now? :D
Also, did they just used a She-Ra clip for 'being grounded'? Didn't expect that at all.
Hoseung is the gentle beast
Seungwoo never said it but he's the real beast in AW since the beginning he joined 😂 he's so straightforward 😂
As an asian I can relate everything 😶🌫️😶🌫️😗😮💨
If you visit a Swedish house - shoes off! So it looked normal to me....
I'm Hispanic, and I can relate 💀
Dude says people in Africa have to walk far to get to school😂
Me that lives across the road from school : 👁️👄👁️
Most of the memes were relatable on some level. It was totally funny seeing how the guys would react having a daughter in certain situations like having a guy in her room. 😂😂
To me...I think this is so relatable to african parents, especially the curfew and sleep over😁😁
5:20 Parents worldwide say that. That's not an asian thing.
Best trio
