2.Tyson's team were scared to hold him when we was angry after the fight, he would knock anybody holding him out, even the security, they were scared to hold him, they formed a barrier and waited for him to calm down

I believe that factored in Mills Lane initially wanting to DQ Tyson, but when told by the medics that Holyfield could fight despite the severity of the wound, Lane gave Tyson the equivalent of a slap on the wrist.

All the time i was thinking that Mike was 'bad guy' and the only one who is guilty. Now i can see that Holyfield provoked him with constant headbutting, and referee didn't react. Some may disagree, but I firmly believe Tyson bit Holyfield's ear just to get even on the headbutts and to psyche himself up to try to win this match. Notice how pumped Tyson got after biting Holyfield by pushing him from the back and then after biting Holyfield again, he waved his glove at him, telling Holyfield to bring it, and Tyson really started to let loose with his punches. He needed to be this way against Holyfield because he lost the first fight to him and Tyson couldn't live with a possible second defeat from the same man. Tyson just went overboard and took it too far, which cost him the match.
At 6:52 mike takes the mouth piece out again and puts it inside his glove and is ready to bite Holyfield a second time.
