Wow- for some reason, I have only just seen this episode. It looks like you had fun. You should take it up. It is the best sport I have ever done. Great video.
just came back a week ago doing this fun thing, but........... we paid 2100 Rand equals to approximately $156 Canadian, it's expensive for 5 minutes fly time.( probably less than 5 to me because the video that the pilot gave me is 4 minutes 8 seconds) Just a bit of information for those who is going one day
Thought it would cost so much more. It’s a good deal considering you get to do it for about 30mins but quick question since I’m not a South African do the local prices still apply to me?
Agree, some places are currently offering it at R900. Yes it does, I told them Im Namibian and it didn't seem to bother them, still paid the "local" special rate.

From Canada and just was in Cape Town last month. Did the paragliding and it was so fun I would do it over and over again
Same here, except on my jump the wind wasn't that great so it didn't last that long
Awesome, definitely on my bucket list!
Thanks Marga🙂 definitely a worthy Cape Town bucket list item🪂

Thanks for the update. Some people get lucky and have a longer flight. Mine was short as well

How do you tie down your camera? :)
I think this one we had a selfie stick
looks brill but not a good seating position and glad you could take your camera
as long as the camera is tied down they dont mind
What if you can’t swim ? Juss incase you land on the sea ?
Dont land on the sea.... the people operating it is very professional and only fly when the wind direction is good.
@@NickfrNamibia ohh ok
