I did something similar at a lucha school in Philadelphia called the Wrestle Factory. Less portly Mexican men yelling at me, but still very similar. Gotta practice those tumbles, those front and back neck bridges, tucking your chin when you bump, and getting out of the way when bodies start flying so no one gets hurt. Also, most importantly, that endurance. Holy shit, am I out of shape.
