The first movement of Ludwig van Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata has also been considered a nocturne (certainly, Ludwig Rellstab, who gave the piece its nickname, thought it evocative of the night), although Beethoven did not describe it as one.

I cry. Beethoven revolutionised the orchestra and created crashing symphonies with that bigger orchestra and yet could write this, and it has so much emotion. The best musician ever. Mozart was a genius and others were memorable but this bad-tempered, arrogant man (who earned that arrogance when dealing with prats in his audience) was the GOD of all music.

Apparently he used to walk the countryside with his pocket stuffed with scores, and could hear them.Mozart was tech genius. Mozart....ehhh. nothing I can say more.
I think the thing is that it _seems _ simple, but each note follows the last and each arpeggio id designed to be emotional.
