    I've been doing your workouts for 2 weeks now alternating between upper and lower body + core and my waist has never been more snatched, my legs are thinner, my back pain is gone and most important, I'm having fun! I hate the gym and always felt so tired after, but these workouts got me energized!

      do you eat the same thing as you used to before you started her workouts or did you change your diet as well for the results?

      @@yeehawies69 I didn't really change my whole diet but some things that def changed is that ate less sugar, more fruits, smaller plates and more protein. I still have cheat days where i will eat sweets and maybe something unhealthy, but it hasn't ruined my results because i workout 5x a week :))

      try wrist stretches before your workout. i used to have the same problem, but then i started stretching out my wrists before and now they never hurt during or after a workout. :)

    edit: i never finished after two days just because i got my period and couldn't get back into it. trying not to be harsh on myself i am starting again today. i will always start again and always love myself.
    day 1 = completed smoothly yesterday it was quiet easy
    day 2 = drastic change from yesterday for me personally, but loved it. much more sweating and i did only about 12 minutes of the workout with breaks and bad form compared to yesterday but i dont care because i have NEVER ever worked out and i am so proud of myself. good luck everyone! i WILL complete the two weeks, then move onto the one month new plan coming up. i feel so so good. about to shower rn
    i have a feeling i will be leaving some workouts incomplete for the first two weeks but its okay! this is just the beginning 😊

    I have PCOS and been doing HIIT workouts for the past 3 months. Although I genuinely did get stronger, but I observed no change in my shape or weight per say. I heard the advice of women who reversed their pcos through pilates, yoga, etc. Basically exact contrary to HIIT. Yesterday, I started with this 2 week plan and I wish to get in better health, I am aware it takes time and isn't instant so I will be sticking by for the next few months.

    I have never been consistent doing workout never if I do workout the day I don't do for next 4 5 days which distrub my body structure.
    But, now I serious.I did day 1 workout yesterday and completed day 2 day hope to be consistent can't wait to see result and achieve ideal dream body😭💜 goodluck girlies.

      hey i have this same problem!! not sure if you’re looking for advice, but my problem was going way too hard that first day, then being too sore the rest of the week. now i try to take as many breaks as i need and tone it down a bit. i had a bad habit of trying to keep up with the video, when realistically i can’t do all the moves she does for as long as she does and feel good the next day.

    For anyone whose wrists are hurting, I recommend getting some cheap cushions! I bought some off amazon that I use sometimes for my wrists and sometimes for my knees and they are amazing!

    start : 12/01, 51kg (without eating)
    end:
    Day 1: feel the burn in my abs and thighs, did it twice
    Day 2: did it once, same: abs and legs burning 😭
    Day 3: that was ok
    Day 5: i feel that my abs are more define
    Day 9: it was so hard and so good at the same time 😭

    Day 2: I'm so happy I even did Day 2 and didn't leave the challenge at 1. I didn't do the last minute. Took many breaks. Also, I still can't do most parts right, but I tried.😊
    My body has been hurting since yesterday and it was very difficult today. But yayyyy to not leaving it at day 1.

      Stick to it! My body stopped hurting around day 4/5 😅 im on my 3rd week and its gotten alot easier, im still shakey and not flexible enough for some moves but i see the progress as i keep going!

      I planned on starting the 1 month plan after this. But I read on reddit not to follow this channel for beginners. No hate towards her, I loved working out with her. But idk I've been specktical since then. I tried going for the channels suggested on the pilates subreddit as well, but idk I like the vibe here more. 😭

      @raph_04 i started with her 1 week challenges first, im 30yrs old & havent worked out since i was a teen! It was hard but its getting easier. Dont forget to stretch before!! It helps alot. I stretch for probably 20 mins before i start!

      @@brittanycole6647ohhh. Ig I'll try that too. I turned 20 today btw and I've tried to do workouts before like 3-4 times but I never go over the two week something mark.
      I just got scared after reading that this channel may not be safe for beginners because idk the form and stuff isn't clear. And that is something that I experienced too, like instructions related to what parts of the body should be touching where and the part where I keep breathing from my belly 😭.
      Idk if I'm making any sense, but the main reason I got skeptical of whether to continue her workouts or not was because my posture is a bit bad. And I don't wanna accidentally make it worse by doing pilates wrong 😭

      @raph_04 makes total sense! I worry about those still 😅 it helps me to have a mirror, so i can see my form. Sometimes i even pause video and practice/find my balance before continuing. We're new though so we're not going to be as flexible and graceful as she is! I just do as close to her moves as my body will allow me, if its hurting or pulling muscles, take it a little easier.
      I have found other videos that explained the breathing and stuff to! So that helped me

    The only difference in your videos compared to others is you do one position of the arms for along time and do different movies for the legs. So the shoulders and wrists exceptionally hurt so bad lol 😅😢 is that normal or just for me
