Can Ustadh do a podcast on feminism. I would love to hear his take on it. I think there's a underlying reason why many muslim women flog to feminist ideologies. Lack of knowledge and men using religon to oppress women.

No need for a podcast about feminism, it has nothing to do with Islaam. Feminism goes against islaam. May Allah protect the woman from feminism ameen.
feminism is an ideology that is disbelief. an-nisa like the concept of feminism because it is appealing to their desires. what are those desires, to be sexually liberate and free, to be a dirty animal. and another major factor is their ego, the majority of them are narcissists. Feminism provides these 2 concepts for them and much more.
you seem to also have the feminist mindset. you are under the impression an-nisa by default are innocent they have been "tricked/fooled" into the ideology of feminism. and that men are by default bad/evil, they are oppressing an-nisa and pushing them to feminism. you have to unlearn this concept that men are bad, and women are good. the reality is reversed.
an-nisa make the effort and spend the time learning and understanding the feminist ideology, but they dont invest that into islam, this is intentional.
how do you feel men use islam to opress an-nisa? because they dont. im curious to hear what you have to say.

Brother Shahid, both parties are not blame worthy if they disagree on the understanding of the same evidence. But if the disagreeing parties have evidences that are not on the same level (Quran vs Hadith, or Hadith vs qiyaas) then the party with the lower level evidence is blame worthy.

There is lots of criticism against Abu Hanifah(rahmatullah aleyh). We should avoid that inshaAllah cuz it can lead to disunity amongst the Ahlusunnah Madhabiyiin

I know what it´s not: on this channel.
In regards to the ahadith which are the usool in the baab of nikah with a wali, there are only a handful of authentic ones, it’s very strange to believe someone who you also consider a mujtahid to not be aware of a few usool ahadith in the whole baab of nikah wali and the chapter of nikah is so reoccurring , very strange, if he didn’t know like 2-3 usool of ahadith in this baab that’s sad, obvs he was aware, but his main daleel wasn’t qiyas, there are a number of naqli dalail he used, it’s not just qiyas

Any ways half the things you said don’t apply cause the hanafis say it’s not good to get married without a wali generally speaking, they believe in all the narrations in the topic, they just have others as well so they do tatbeeq and say it’s not good to but technically if she does it’s “valid” not necessarily praiseworthy
Btw the verse says ينكحن, hanafis can use this verse to support their claim as marriage is ascribed to her, “that she marries” it’s just saying don’t prevent them from getting married but it’s not saying if they do get married alone it doesn’t count, and either way the wird marriage is ascribed to them so isharaten one can derive they have the right to contract the marriage
how can you keep repeating the qiyas thing, he’s not just using qiyas ya Allah, he has verses and ahadith too
You said he’s a mujtahid then you said he’s weak in Hadith, what was he doing ijtihad if he’s weak in Hadith, it’s either he was a mujtahid and had the right to be so (if he was he must of had knowledge in Hadith at a high level) or he not, if he’s a mujtahid he had ilm in Hadith, if he didnt then he’s not a mujtahid, simple
