I did not realize until the very end of this video how many people are involved in the creation of your audiobooks!
This was my first experiment with a full cast. Normally it's just me, or me with an actor or two playing supporting roles.

Steve, after you having guided me through the spine-chilling dystopian world of 1984, I was absolutely blown away by your production quality, as well as brilliant execution, so you best believe that I had to check out some of your other stuff.
Having now listened to this one over and over and over again, I have decided to ask you what I would have to pay you to adapt "Alice through the looking glass" to make one of my favourite book-collections of all time completely adapted by my favourite audiobook producer?
You are literally my go-to when it comes to audiobooks, and I would die to finally get the other story from Lewis Caroll adapted by you guys!
Your works are nothing short of genius, and I need the other half of this book-collection in my life!
This is a genuine question, btw, is there a chance or way that you guys will actually adapt "Through the Looking Glass"?

Just finished it. I feel like Alice in Wonderland is as iconic as mythologies. So many new stories and story ideas take influence from this, I watched the movie a long time ago, but I'm glad I revisited this story through the book

Thank you :) This is exactly what I made Alice for. I was half way through 1984 during the worst year of my life and I just needed some time out of it. I'm glad other folks are using it for the same reason :)
I totally love how you have done some major classics, especially 1984 and Huxley's Brave New World and especially poignant to the dystopian insanity going on all over the world. When fiction becomes the truth that is definitely scary to me anyhow. My request to these classics would be none other that Melville's Moby Dick or Stevenson's Treasure Island and I am guessing they'd be on your list. Treasure Island was the first full book I read at 11 yrs of age. 16 men on a dead man's chest... yo ho o oh, and a bottle of rum.

If you check my 'full audiobooks' playlist you'll see Treasure Island - it was actually the first Audiobook I ever made, recorded on the radio back when I was a DJ guy. :) Moby Dick might be made one day, but it is HUGE so probably won't be done unless I can one day afford to hire some help around here.

I’m not entirely sure if this suits the gravitas of your voice Steve. It’s rather like being read a bedtime story by Jason Statham. All the same, as usual, the production value is top notch my friend.

Will you ever do Alice Through the Looking Glass?
I may do it sometime in the future, but I'm a little gun-shy as this is the only audiobook I've recorded which has cost me more than I made from it! One day, though, I probably will. It wouldn't be with a full cast like this one though.

Perhaps in the future, but Alice was a bit of a commercial disappointment I'm afraid. For the amount of work involved and the cost incurred it made very little in return. It has yet to pay for itself, even several years later! It's a shame, really, as it's one of my favourite productions.
