@@lambsauce6983 I agree, I'm really familiar with the language, more than I can express and I'm really nervous about the exam specially when I realized that some of the words(even though I know how to use them) could never have occurred to me with the pressure of being in front of the professor🥴
They have actually switched roles and the video is staged, so the examinors are students and the students are examinors. I was also confused at first, because not many students taking this exam have such perfect English...
It seems to be a simulation. Maybe they're all colleagues, English teachers, and the examiner is not a native speaker. Her English is not "worse" than Becca's. She only has a foreign accent. Real examiners really don't speak as fast as their normal pace.
Fear not, you are not required to speak so quickly and use such range of vocabulary as they did! Mention that Becca is British, and as for Lorena, she used to live abroad. Then speaking English was the only way to communicate for her
This is a mock exam created and performed by teachers to give students a good example of what a speaking exam might look like. We are not students and we are definitely not taking a real exam. Hope this helps :)
Not sure but I guess this was just a DEMO rather than an actual FCE speaking exam? I reckon the examinees have better command of English than the examiner, sorry to say that. But thanks to this, anyway, since I had been looking for the most recent fce video to brush on possible questions. Good job.
These girls should be taking the C2 level instead of the B2. Do not feel bad because their English is better than yours, they are smurfing, they lived in England for a long time, obviously their expresions and pronunciation is way more advanced that any average candidate.
It is obvious that this has been practiced and they are teachers. The expressions are forced and no one uses so many expressions in a normal conversation!
Of course this is a class activity hahahah why on earth would a native speaker like Becca (she said she was born and lived in Liverpool) take a B2 exam?
¿Es posible elegir compañero para la realización de la prueba de speaking, habiendo preparado el examen por libre? ¿Quizas yendo al centro de examen las dos personas y matriculandose juntas??

I believe this video could actually depress some candidates making them realise they can never be that good.
Yeah, but I think they depress themselves because they are not confident enough

Using Conditional 3, I can say: If we had had more money, we could have bought a nice microphone.

Is this a question or a statement?

Did Becca have better English than the examiner?!

@@mikulasperoutka3879 That explains it!
I was confused as to who's the examiner

I appreciate the subtitles and the idiomatic expressions.
I will be sending this to students.
Having watched the video completely, I can easily say that they'd REALLY prepared for this exam, at least 2 months.
I believe this is a student activity where the student examines the school's Language teachers.
Could you please fix the sound? It's really hard to listen to the recording because of a strong echo .
Rebecca is at least a c1 speaker
Thanks, this is what I was looking for, A perfectly done speaking test, now I have a reference

i will pass this exam soon, so im really nervous. i will try, and i hope for better🤞🙁
how did it go?
Shame the speaking was muffled, obviously I can appreciate why
Flying colours I quess
If this is the parameter for B2 speaking test, students included myself would be even more terrified of it.

Sí, solo tenéis que especificarlo a la hora de hacer la inscripción en el examen.
Hola cómo estás?, Si se puede
What is that, C2 level?
B2 level
POV:You thought that they were real students taking fce 👁👁
Audio is not clear
pasaron o no ellas que creen?
Es una academia, no es un examen real
Qué necesidad tiene la tal Becca de realizar el examen de nivel B2/FCE si es nativa?
It might be a B2 exam ( demo) but it is not a Cambridge B2 exam
Thank you so much teacher
I come from Russia . My students , also Russians , aged about 13-14 teens speak like these young ladies))
I thought I t was CAE level , good explanation though .
why i think this video is fake?
Define fake, dear.
This might not be fake, but Rebecca is a native English speaker.
There is no problem!!!!
