What I learned is how she keeps moving things around to find a better fit. The only thing that for me didn't work, is she took all the rubber bands out of a small box, then put birthday candles in, so had to cram the rubber bands in with something else. But rubber bands are used much more then candles. But so smart overall. She clearly has a kind of genius for this.
I did this the other day and I made sure to get rid of a ton of stuff that we just don't use on top of organizing into boxes. It's helped so far. I think junk drawer cleaning is something that has to done a couple times of yr though.
Well I must say that she got a gift cause I was needing to start my decluttering I didnt know were to start ! I saw her vedio and I did what she said and bam it works ! I'm starting to feel so good ! Thank you so much !

I organized my drawers after this video and I was talking to the objects. A few seconds later my mom asked me if I have any friends to talk to cuz I was talking to the objects and also If i need to get my brain checked out. 🤣🤣😂

Does it bother anyone else that there was a huge gap on the right side of the drawer which means that all those organizers will be slipping and sliding in the drawer every time its opened?! 😫
This is a textbook example of an OCD like perspective compared to Konmari. OCD is done from anxiety while Konmari is done from love and gratitude. Why would you rip open a drawer full of things you love in such a way they'd slide everywhere?
My junk drawer has extra charging cords, things for my dogs, and some small household tools and measuring tapes. All the things shown here, are in my home office desk drawer 😊

I'm super cheap and I don't care what the interior of my drawers look like, as long as they're organized. I take cereal boxes, cracker boxes, baking soda boxes, and cut off the top part to a height that fits the depth of my cabinets. I also use short plastic and glass items like yogurt containers.
It's not about quantity, the point is cluttering . The video pretty much wrote it out for you, unless you only came here to watch a cleaning marathon, which is not the point.
I actually have 4 junk drawers but I do organize them so one is a small electronics drawer batteries, charging blocks ECT, one has candles, and matches, small. papers box tops, one has writing papers another sun glasses glasses cleaning items, things to hang pictures ECT so I don't really consider them junk drawers becuase they all are organized and all kinda have a theme but they got to go somewhere 🤷

It's better to arrange the items in a drawer based on: what do you often use. and her method of vertically arranging the things means things will be deep inside the drawer making it hard to retrieve
Once you've learned that everything has a place, you'll soon find the method it suits you. For example, clothes can go all together, even the hanger be near that space of the room and shoes, perfume and other dress-up related items. Everything school-realted in other place (and include things like specific clothes near that because maybe you use a backpack or a uniform). Do you have pets? They use a cage or enclosure? Find a way to keep all their stuff near the cage. Put anything you don't usually use down your bed, you can just pick boxes as a starter point. And once you made it to associate areas in that room for themes, then you'll able to fancy up with 200 baskets in drawers. Hope that helps!

If you put an anti-slip pad on the bottom of the drawer, they won't slip
Or I've seen people use poster putty too, just a tiny bit of that on the bottom of the dividers can help shifting a lot.
