I read this as "7 Cool Tricks With Midgets". I was ultimately disappointed.

+Magnetic Games Thanks, yes I'm working now with some more magnetic putty footage.

      +Cobrakiller2000 Great video :-)
Yes, more magnetic putty :-) I have not played with that stuff yet. Now how to get it off your magnet, hehehehe. I have a small bag of magnetic powder, but not sure what to do with it yet.

+INVENTOR3 Thank you :) Always nice to hear from you! Just finished some more magnetic putty footage. It's a substance with really odd texture. It almost turns to liquid when left untouched and doesn't really make a stain... streches slow and rips fast... I'm sure there is a perfect experiment for your magnetic powder. hmmmm.....

cool video.. I like the train and the magnet/battery making circles. How did you make the train cool? I also made a magnet trick video here on UA-cam. Check it out.

You made three magnet tricks :) Battery + magnets on foil is easier to realize than the train. Use thin aluminum foil, AA battery and neodymiums. For train, the copper coil needs to be NON-enamelled and around 2 mm is good thickness.

can you explain how the magnet levitational works

    • @MagnetTricks

Below the levitating magnet there is a pyrolytic graphite tile. Magnet is weakly repelled by that tile. This repelling force is called diamagnetism. Above the levitating magnet there is another magnet attracting (not shown in the video) When that top magnet is at the right distance the repelling force between the tile and the magnet shows up in a form of levitation. In the horizontal version the levitating magnet is between two pyrolytic tiles and not shown in the video there are two magnets attracting on each side at the right distance. Hope this helps.

thank you for sharing these.. I try no #3 didnt worked... can you tell me where to get the magnets from and any specific size... ?

Any disc shape neodymium magnet should work as long as magnet is touching aluminum. Neodymium magnets with steel casing don't work. Maybe
the aluminim foil you used is too thick - the thinner the better.
Battery must be full. I was using these www.ebay.com/itm/20pcs-Neodymium-Disc-20X3mm-Rare-Earth-N50-Strong-Magnets-Craft-Models-M2902-QL-/172213467536?hash=item2818b8f990:g:gP0AAOSwGeBXPwIR I hope you get it running!

Hi! How did you crank start # 4. Is that a positive and negative DC? Will it stop or continually rotates?

Hello, yes 3,7V DC battery between the wires not shown in the video. It's just an another variation of homopolar motor. It spun about a minute. Air drag's a bitch.

Magnet retailers, ebay from sellers with good reputation and some from well equipped hardware stores.

I understand.. with a large enough graphite tiles and a magnetic suit you could experience weightlessness..
