Quang Tran, i know this an older video of yours but i had to leave a comment. I moved to Chicago 5 years ago and to this day i have been searching for some decent General Tso's chicken. I got fed up and started looking for the "master sauce" to make it myself. I made about 40 variations, most of them had hoisin sauce, but none of them were quite right. I made yours today and i wanted to cry.....this is it! I am never getting takeout in chi town again!! I F*****ng LOVE YOU, MAN!!!!
Wish I could give this 2 thumbs up. Thank you for making the original style of Vietnamese eggroll (cha gio). My mom always makes both the original version with the rice paper and the Vietnamese/Chinese version with the spring roll wrappers. Great job Quang!! 👍👍
What I really appreciate about you brother is that you cook all the food you eat compared to all the other mukbang (and similar) channels. And you cook it with actual skill instead of some gimmick or other flashiness. Keep on doing your thing QT!

I think the rolls fried in dough are more traditional in Chinese cuisine as opposed to Vietnamese food. I could be wrong but I grew up in my traditional Chinese family eating homemade dough egg rolls every year when spring came around. It's interesting to see how many similarities Asian cultures share :)
