Yes sir, that was Brian McDonnell (better known as NCStL576 & High Rail; both channels are now defunct) during his prime. Too bad he’s retired now. He had a great personality and he was very funny. We will all miss him, being on UA-cam that is, but I have a feeling that there will be some people who might know him personally irl, but I wish I could.
