We own an eeco for 8.5 years till today and we must say space is never an issue in this vehicle. Torque is fab which makes it best for city drives and is a boon to big family with low cost and maintenance.
Now in most places Omni and eeco avoided kidnapping and now they are saving the life of others bcs they are ambulance now. .... Huge transformation happened... 😂😂😂
How Maruti should have advertised the Omni: "We present you the most affordable Van which has been successful kidnapping a lot of people and celebrities in the movies since the 90's"
If you compare wagon R with this you getting advantage like 1)Good powerful 4 cylinder engine 2)Ladder frame Chassis which can have good payload 3)Rear wheel drive
The Omni is our first car in 1994 and it's the best thing to drive in roads.it may not have luxury and safety but it's comfort and best highlight of this Omni is it's visibility.its having the best visibility in the world.anyone can drive it.
its a very comfortable 7 seater . Much much comfort then the so called 7 seaters like Triber, bolero , Ertiga . This car which is used obviously is not conformable as the after market alterations killed the space . The massive speakers itself took so much rear space.
I love these kind of personal videos from this channel unlike the "giving it the beans" videos. I have rewatched Faisal's rant about Japanese manufacturers while driving the Apache RR 310 a dozen times.
Now few ownership points - 1. Best in class engine. Have gone to places only SUVs dare to think of going, grunted a bit, but has gone well. Climbed a 45° incline with those puny wheels. 2. Own a 5 seater AC model, and it carries 7 people with ease (No seat in rear, have mattress and cushion set up, my friends fight over sitting there). 3. In 5 seater model, there is better legroom than a Sumo. Never had space issues. Oh, the windows are larger than a modern day Bus. And the AC gets you chilling within 5 minutes. 4. The vehicle you drove might have had worn out brake pads, because braking is very very good in the vehicle, I've been saved by it quite a few times. 5. Steering feel is lighter than other non-assisted steerings. It is not heavy at all even at lighter speeds. Clutch is light and very well responsive, gear shift is not smooth but sure, a bit notchy like you mentioned. 6. The thing I love most, seating position. Upright, commanding, very comfortable for a 6' guy like me. I find it difficult to drive hatches and sedans than this due to the seating positions, although I learned to drive in a Swift. 7. Most value for money thing you can get. Yes, no safety whatsoever, but the way I drive hasn't got me into trouble yet. Maxed at 135 Kmph, engine was grunting, but pulled with 4 people. And mine one doesn't have ABS+EBD, airbag either. Decent mileage, max I got 14.5 on highways. For carrying 5-7 people that is very reasonable.
And sir I wanted to ask you a question which might be stupid 😅 as you have reviewed some old cars such as Suzuki esteem and old 800 etc , have you ever thought of reviewing the old scooters or bikes ?? Like the old LML , bajaj chetak or rd 350 etc ?? What is your opinion about them ??
The brakes are good on this car. I am driving one since the past seven years and guess what it has never let me down in any way. I have the five seater AC variant. Steering is heavy but suspension is on the stiffer side, u can feel all the bumps and potholes in the car. The five seater car has better leg room. And another thing. I can review the Eeco better than you. I have driven it 80000+ km so I know everything about this car.
Faisal how you drive that unsafe car like that i am really surprised no one can do vlogs like only one piece that is Faisal what a energetic thoughts supper mind-blowing fantastic keep rocking........
Dude I really like the way you do reviews...however just one suggestion, do the review with stock cars only ...which will give make sense to potential buyers..other wise there is no point of doing reviews :) Especially, I got really annoyed when you reviewed tuned /modified VW polo.
Comments are lit... But yes Faisal your reviews are fantastic.... And one question.. should I buy a second hand nano for city use???? Or should go for some other option???
The high quality components and design elements such as integrated wiring harness and CNG system leak proofing also make it one of the safest vehicle available presently. These safety features prove Eeco a safe car. (About Latest model of eeco)
Sir kya me apni freestyle titanium plus me seatcover laga sakta hu? Dealer wale keh rahe ki 6 airbag hai,isi liye seat cover nahi laga sakte.Plzz sir mujhe answer kijiyega.
Everyone is joking here, but let's not forget that this and the Omni are the most used cars for ambulance in India. And they've helped to save lakhs of lives.
Faisal khan , guess what it isn't a rear wheel drive car it's as mid engine car or a front-mid engine rear wheel drive car engine close to front axle, the position of the engine in eco is under the driver seat and is behind the front axle ,with a traditional propeller shaft which connects the deferential with gear box the engine and the whole transmission is vertically layed down ( positioned and connect behind the engine via clutch) most of the luxurious GT cars uses this set up as it suitable for high speed long distance drive , the dynamic and stability is good without compromising the space for interior and seating volume , most cars can easily be designed for 4 seats , the cars are designed for luxury, high performance, speed nd Comfort. The eco retains all this property but misses out the performance nd luxury as it isn't supposed to be a GT car but is suitable for long distance driving with lots of room to accommodate 5 to 6 passengers without being bulky and monstrous in size as a SUV, The rear engine car or rear engine rear wheel drive cars have engine up or behind the rear axle with a transaxle connected to engine from behind eg Porsche 911. Just to add most super performance oriented cars from Lamborghini, Ferrari etc uses a mid engine rear wheel drive set up with engine is placed behind the drivers seat and closer to rear axle such set up have best dynamic, stability in high speed, manuvability nd can accommodate a large capacity engine but misses out space for rear seat but super cars aren't expected to have a rear seat
