    I'm shocked you're a small channel this was really well edited, concise and helpful. Horse stance is an excellent fundamental for anyone to work. You ever tried to throw somebody who pulled out a rock solid horse stance? They are like an immovable boulder. Excellent video!

      Kung fu influenced Karate, but Karate made the horse stance more practical in a self defense situation, Kung fu made it to developp muscles
