Yes and no, is all in the mind but it can remove many distractions on this tech era world, also working out is a good excuse to listen to music and get lost for at least 30 mins.
I bought these for the fit. They stay in while running and sweating. I don't think about them. No ear fatigue. Sound is totally fine for music & podcasts.
People would buy this one to see if it doesn't fall when running and jumping. You need to demonstrate those if you are truly reviewing a product like this....
@@DionMedia Thanks I did buy it and it's great. They don't fall during 100 meter dash or taekwondo kicking practice and they also have app that is pretty useful in terms of sound and all.
I’d also like some word on connectivity, phone/laptop etc. How are they with phonecalls or online meetings using your laptop? I know it’s a sports set but that doesn’t mean it accounts for 100% of the usage
I bought mine from Amazon for $49.99. They are usually $69.99. After owning them for a week; I think they are worth at least $100.00. They sound as good as my powerbeats pro.
I used to have some Soundcore Spirit Sports. MAN did they sound good with dual 6mm drivers (lots of punch and clarity), IPX7, 8 hour battery, super comfortable and only $30. I wish they would make these again, or something similar without all the added frills like ANC and charging cases etc. For me sound and battery life are the only things that really matter (and fit).
@@Jiggy609 I on the other hand can't live without ANC since most gyms at my place play songs at max volume. And then there is the problem of living close to the street. God damn...
I brought a pair of these, months ago. The best workout headphones I have ever had, by far. Also, they have amazing sound quality! (if you know how to use the EQ properly). These are a must-buy...
I bought this one but i found the sound quite gentle and soft. This is not actually loud. How can i make the sound a little louder like apple ear vuds?
Love ear hook buds. Bought the soundcore x2 8 months ago. Unfortunately it had numerous problems. Anker was great in replacing them 2x under warranty. But my 3rd pair still has connectivity problems. So I'm guessing they will go in the bin soon. So, I 'll wait to see more user reviews before committing to buying these.
My x2s battery started going bad after 18 months, just a bit after warranty. left bud will only last 7 ish hours, right is still normal. And they will drain a lot if not in use for several days. 7 hours is still good, but i dont check the battery life, and while there’s supposed to be a voice telling you they are low, the left one just outright dies, making it super annoying if i cant get to my charging case. Still, they sound great. If i get this ones, I’ll probably try to get a replacement a month before warranty to avoid this. I do use them in pretty harsh environments sometimes so that might be my issue.
Tal ves es tu teléfono amigo deberías checar con otro teléfono a aver si pasa lo mismo le pasaba a mi amigo y solo era con su teléfono cuando los conectaba a mío funcionaban perfectamente
Another great review, Dion! Thanks for sharing! I think music during workout is essential! Actually, music is important anytime of the day to me! Cheers from Brazil!
few things from the review. The case is NOT important when it comes to fitness or gym earphones / earbuds since you are carrying a gym bag and 99% of the time the case will live in the bag, The clicky case lid release button again makes no difference, becase anyone that works out will NEVER put the ear buds on when they go to the gym floor or out on a run, the ear buds will be put on before you start doing anything so no sweety or damp hands. but i think i am sold on these ear buds, mainly because there are so few hook earbuds on the market and the barrery life seems amazing, i do worry though about the rotating hook and how long that will last before it breaks.
Was anyone successful pairing without the app installed? I could not even see the buds without the app. First thing the app asks for is location permission. Why on earth would they need that unless they intend on tracking me. Otherwise very impressed with the product and completely agree with this review.
Hi Tim, you should be able to pair them without the app, just in the settings as any other blue tooth device. As far as the location permission is concerned this is not obligatory and I agree with you it should not be asked
Hello. thanks for this review. Are these good for phone calls? would I be able to hear someone clearly? I work outside and need some actual waterproof ear bud / earpiece to make calls with. If these are not good for that can you recommend any?
Its amazing how many reviewers only talk bla bla bla, and dont mention fit, do they fall or slide off during exersize, thats all that matters, how they fit and behave in Real world Use, the other crap we can read in the manual.
I was so excited to purchase these earbuds after countless positive reviews on YT…they sound great. However, my first 2 jogs I have experienced constant choppy audio. I tried the earbuds with both my new Samsung S22 and my older S9…there were issues with both devices, moreso and much worse with the S22. Also, I noticed that the earbuds started to feel submerged with sweat gathering in my ears, and it would effect the sound. I am used to using wired apple earpods, and didnt experience this as they did not fit as snugly as the X10 do within the ear. I even tried the smaller tip but it still happened. I just want to be able to use these earbuds and enjoy them trouble free. Any suggestions? UPDATE AFTER TRYING RECOMMENDED TIPS TO RESOLVE So I went for a jog with the x10s, not taking any chances I took my Samsung S22, my old Samsung S9, and old wired Apple earpods. Up until the 17 minute mark there was maybe one or two quick audio outages…then it started to happen so frequently around the 20-22 minute mark that I switched over to the S9…which immediately did the same thing, at the 25 minute mark I found myself almost tripping & falling as I struggled to untangle the Apple earpods to use. What a frustrating experience!! I want nothing more than to figure this issue out and get to enjoy these x10s…and stop carrying around 2 phones & wired earpods just to be able to enjoy a jog.
Hey do you recommend these over pixel a series? I workout and need something that won't fall out...however I do at times fall asleep so the low profile of pixel sounds nice
I totally disagree with this review. Mine have not been reliable at all. Issues with connectivity and charging. The control buttons don't work very well at least for track advance. I have had other Soundcore earbuds that worked great but not these.
