Not a Spurs fan but I would rather watch these than the current rubbish that’s supposed to be football today.

I was actually looking for that as well this evening. Listened to it on the radio that night with the game in the balance at 2-2 then Ricky Villa beat a few players and squared it for Jones to smash it into the top corner from outside the box for his hat-trick and the winner. I can even remember the commentator saying 'that was a goal fit for a king.' What a night.
Safe to say that Spurs had the Indian sign over city in that period. This game, the cup final the previous season and I’m sure there were a couple of other victories for Spurs. And Ray clemence’s first season for Spurs wasn’t it??
@@duckjive1 No you didn't, I've seen City beat Tottenham loads of times, including my first ever game at Maine Road, September 1978 a 2-0 win for City.
