- Here's a look at a set of Pro Comp's Rock Crawler steel wheels. They are 15x8 on a 5.5 6 lug pattern with 3.75 inch backspace. The rims and tires are installed on a 1986 Chevy K 10 with six inches of suspension lift. For the record, when I say mounted I also mean installed on the truck.
thanks for sharing man ! Looks good
Thank you sir!
Just ordered them for 04 avalanche. Did the came with centerpiece cover? They look mean af in your btw.
Hi Neilsen, I don't remember them coming with centerpiece covers. I hope the ones you are getting work good with your Avalanche!
@@SpotThosePlants just came in yesterday and nope no center piece
@@neilsenmarquez6058 Thanks for the update, it's good for others to know.
@@SpotThosePlants had to add spacer in the front n grind some bolts.
I’m trying to see how different this lift sits from rough country because I’m not a fan of there version 😂
Hey drew, did I send you the space measurements from tire to fender yet? I think you asked me in another video comment.
i know this is an older video but any update on the rusting issue?
Hey Marco, The rims are still in good shape with little to no rust. To be fair, they haven't seen too much mud or off road use. I'm in the process of getting some 17's for this truck to accommodate some 37 12.5 17 tires that I have. I think I'll stick with these basic crappy steelies because I haven't seen any issues so far.
Plantspotter69 thank you for the quick response.
You're welcome.
Where did you buy the wheels at?
Hey Zach, I got 'em at 4 Wheel Parts in West Palm Beach Florida.
Did you have to use aftermarket lug nuts for this? I have the same rims and am wondering if they say on the wheel hub with no difficulties. Any help is appreciated!
Hi Matthew, I am still using factory lug nuts on this truck. I have looked for aftermarket but haven't bought them yet.
Is there anyway you could measure the center of the wheel to the fender
Hi, sure, I'll get you a measurement in the next day or so. Thanks!
Plantspotter69 Awesome!!
@Drew Foster, To the top of the wheel fender is 28" to the front corner, 24" to the rear 22".
Plantspotter69 thank you so much, that’s gonna help me decide on wich lift to buy
@@drewfoster4101 Sure thing, glad to be of help!
Any new updates on the rust?
They still look good. They don't get out in much mud or salt or anything too harsh but there's little to no rust on them after this much time.
Plantspotter69 Thanks
@@joshdeal6468 You're welcome.
