Qui Gon managed to do something never seen before in galactic history: attain immortality by returning from the cosmic force (not by prolonging the life span of the body). Plagueis also did something never seen before in a Sith: he was able to manipulate the force at a celular level, he could heal himself (this is extraordinary for a Sith. Jedi can heal themselves because the light side promotes health, while the dark side promotes war power and destruction. For a Sith to heal himself? That’s incredible).
Darth Nihilius was close as he was quite literally draining the life force (midi-chlorians) out of life forms. He only used it to feed his hunger for life essence but could've taken it a step further if he wanted.

I think he could, I think Plagueis was capable of regrowing organs and he was able to revive the dead (multiple times). I could totally see Plagueis forced to heal Anakin, then Anakin killing Sidious and then teaming up with Plagueis.

Old age and specially old age in the ravaging of the dark side takes its toll. You have to devote a significant portion of your force power to be on fighting shape like Yoda and Sidious did in ROTS. The elder ROTS Palpatine would had been utterly destroyed by Plageuis's mastery of the dark side combined on his young body.

The same is true for the Jedi and the Light Side of the force; Anakin could never be allowed to prop up the complacent and corrupt Jedi order. I have never read any of the books, but from a large volume of comments on the subject, I feel I have a working knowledge. Darth Plagus never seemed to be motivated by hate as much as Palpatine or Anakin. He seemed to be a student of the force on both sides who was more concerned with knowledge rather than power. He viewed the dark side as the moral path. Obviously fill me in on anything I missed.
I really think that the galaxy and sidious were not ready for a Vader that didn’t have such weaknesses and restrictions . Honestly his fighting style I do believe would be much more powerful
fun fact: in my fan fiction, when Plagueis is "revived" by world between worlds enduced time travel, Vader does seek him out in hopes of being permanently restored. Plagueis also is shown not just have mastered the force at cellular level, but in fact at atomic level. that is, transform an object into something completely different. my protagonist masters this skill too, and can use Pyrokinesis as a result.
Now *THAT* brings an interesting notion of a 'What if...?" Everything you said, and while Plaguis heals Vader and restores "Teh Chosen One's" potential, entices him with notions of offing Sidious in proper Sith fashion and then the two of them ruling.
I don’t think palpatine mismanaged repairing Vader. Palpatine wanted to be unchallenged, so he deliberately didn’t fully restore Vader after his death as Vader’s defeat may have, while he expressed disappointment, given him the avenue he needed to control the chosen and rule forever simultaneously
I think he would have healed Vader, his Flesh binding to his armour, it grew around and tuned up all systems, vastly improving dexterity and slowly re growing limbs and fully integrating and adjusting new organic with cybernetic. This would nurture Vaders midichlorian count till it is once again off the scale. Vader would then desecrate Padmes grave in an attempt to resurrect Padme. Vader and Plaguis is an interesting combo

But Plaguies did not figure out the key to immortality. He only managed to half-ass revive Darth Venemous only to have his organs turn to mush. His Midi-Chlorian Tech was largely a dead end. Whether it could have been used to heal Vader is, I suppose, another question.

I'm not sure if Sidious never could have restored Vader, I think that it's more that Sidious never WOULD have restored his potential to be stronger than him.
If Anakin supposedly lost much of his Force potential, then why did he become as powerful as he did? He ripped a hole in the fabric of reality, he conjured up Force waves powerful enough to obliterate Lyleks, and he vaporized whole armies by himself without tiring, and he performed all of those feats in spite of his injuries. And as a bonus, he could use the Force while floating limbless in a bacta tank. Taking all that into account, he was a juggernaut in the Force and Palpatine knew it, that's why he went out of his way to keep Vader in a weakened state, otherwise, he'd have been wiped out.
He merely used the Dark Side energies of Mustafar to open the portal he didnt do it by himself.He also never vaporised armies,using telekineses to explode granades isnt conjuring force waves that can atomise armies.Lets not forget that Sidious was laughing while killing lyleks with ease.
I think he could be able to pull it off but I don’t think he won’t, he would try to convice Sidous to kill him while they still could. He was terrifed of Anakin when he first heard about him that fear only grow after his vision in Episode 1. I've said this before, and I'll say it again. Darth Vader should never have lost any of his power. Every cell in what was left of him still had the same level of midi clorians. The only ability he should have lost was force lightning, because he had no organic limbs. Other than that, he should still have had the same amount of power.
So, this might be a dumb question, then, but what made Anakin/Vader "the Chosen One", and if Plagueis could regenerate him, and even regraft clone limbs, with his similar midi-chlorions, what was stopping him from simply doing that to anyone? Adding copies quantities of their own xeroxed Force potential to them, and making anyone at least more powerful, to a point? Also, I'm nor entirely sure I believe that every clone of a person is just "them", and not a totally individual, separate being; a unique occurrence within the Force. Maybe it's because I am an identical twin; I effectively have a clone of myself, abd he is still very much different than me, both physically, and mentally. Even when copied, and mass-produced, the Clones possessed numerous quirks, and identifying tells, so I don't know if even Plagueis could have forced the Force to do quite this. Of course, not an expert. What about Cade Skywalker? Could he have healed, and repaired, Darth Vader? Well Vader did become more powerful than sidious in the ROTJ novel. Vader after realizing everything and breaking the mental power barriers became powerful enough to withstand sidious force lightning. If yall didn’t know, Vader suit not only conducted the lightning better, but amplified it extensively, making it more powerful than it truly was. Anakin at that time became powerful enough to with stand a powerful consecutive lighting blast and was able to kill sidious. Sidious in the novel which is cannon and legends as Lucas and Disney said they consider this their cannons meaning both see the book as a true reflection on the movie. But in the novel sidious as he’s falling down the shaft said that Vader had the power in him all along, to kill him, to become more powerful, and all it took to achieve it was love and family. It’s the reason in ROSW that Eternal emperor sidious believed Rey would join him as she is his family and that family would be there for him as it happened with Vader. But Vader did become more powerful than sidious as you said, after his mental power blocks were gone

Why would the Sith Master use so much time, energy, power, and focus to restore/build/empower a Sith Acolyte to a point that the Master would be weaker and thus killed by his creation? What if he sensed Palpatine's betrayal, killed him and trained Darth Maul?

Darth Plagus never seemed to be motivated by hate as much as Palpatine or Anakin. He seemed to be a student of the force on both sides who was more concerned with knowledge rather than power. He viewed the dark side as the moral path.

fun fact: in my fan fiction, when Plagueis is "revived" by world between worlds enduced time travel, Vader does seek him out in hopes of being permanently restored. Plagueis also is shown not just have mastered the force at cellular level, but in fact at atomic level. that is, transform an object into something completely different. my protagonist masters this skill too, and can use Pyrokinesis as a result.

I don’t think palpatine mismanaged repairing Vader. Palpatine wanted to be unchallenged, so he deliberately didn’t fully restore Vader after his death as Vader’s defeat may have, while he expressed disappointment, given him the avenue he needed to control the chosen and rule forever simultaneously
I think he would have healed Vader, his Flesh binding to his armour, it grew around and tuned up all systems, vastly improving dexterity and slowly re growing limbs and fully integrating and adjusting new organic with cybernetic. This would nurture Vaders midichlorian count till it is once again off the scale. Vader would then desecrate Padmes grave in an attempt to resurrect Padme. Vader and Plaguis is an interesting combo

The fate of Bib Fortuna holds a cranial transplant into a new host body; a suitable rebuild for Vader. Be it a 1:1 host, or another Jedi Master's body, pending the solution to cloning Force sensitive beings. This would've been easier if Palpatine's mentor was still alive.
So obviously, Sidious didn't learn all his master knew just thought he did and with impaitance finally swayed Sidious into killing his master.
The biggest issue here is the fact that Sidious would not be able to imprison Darth Plagueis. He was to powerful for that.
Yet another reason the "Rule of Two" flat out lucked into victory. They lost knowledge every sucession, whereas the Jedi didn't and were simply corrupted by becoming a part of the government.
This ability while never seen before its also never before been seen since far as we know. Plaguesis agreed probably can BUT like also said he and Sideous are 2 totally different people. With totally different abilities, skill sets, an even specialties. An since Sideous decided science wasn't at all his thing he couldn't have gotten old Annie back even if legit wanted to truly save an build back much as pre burned Skywalker as could get.

If darth plagueis HAD fully healed anakin…..anakin I think would have forever been in his debt, as plagueis would have given back what his Jedi brother took away, AND he likely would have saved his mother and saved his wife from anakin fears making him forever his pet/ loyal servant
But Plaguies did not figure out the key to immortality. He only managed to half-ass revive Darth Venemous only to have his organs turn to mush. His Midi-Chlorian Tech was largely a dead end. Whether it could have been used to heal Vader is, I suppose, another question.

I'm not sure if Sidious never could have restored Vader, I think that it's more that Sidious never WOULD have restored his potential to be stronger than him.
If Anakin supposedly lost much of his Force potential, then why did he become as powerful as he did? He ripped a hole in the fabric of reality, he conjured up Force waves powerful enough to obliterate Lyleks, and he vaporized whole armies by himself without tiring, and he performed all of those feats in spite of his injuries. And as a bonus, he could use the Force while floating limbless in a bacta tank. Taking all that into account, he was a juggernaut in the Force and Palpatine knew it, that's why he went out of his way to keep Vader in a weakened state, otherwise, he'd have been wiped out.
He merely used the Dark Side energies of Mustafar to open the portal he didnt do it by himself.He also never vaporised armies,using telekineses to explode granades isnt conjuring force waves that can atomise armies.Lets not forget that Sidious was laughing while killing lyleks with ease.
I think he could be able to pull it off but I don’t think he won’t, he would try to convice Sidous to kill him while they still could. He was terrifed of Anakin when he first heard about him that fear only grow after his vision in Episode 1. For Sidous was wrong not to understand his master’s resurch but he right not to Sith first and everything else was secondary to him unlike Plagueis who was a scientist first and a Sith second then everything else third.
Force does not mind force-user working with science it have a problem with them only view things with only a scientific view along rejects the spiritual and other views of the Force.

Sidious didn't need a perfect chosen one. By the time Anakin lost his limbs, Sidious had already won. If Anakin hadnt lost on Mustafar. He probably wouldve killed Sidious within a few years.

Vader in Disney Canon didn’t lose any potential. The only thing blocking him was purely a mental and emotional thing.

There's no way Palpatine would of let this happen, to be frank for all his goading Sidious doesn't allow threats to remain on the board and Anakin being grateful to Plagius is a massive threat.

They never consider do not engage in light saberfight in unsafe environments if vader got defeated on a starship or in some sort of temple he just would of lost his limbs but he was on a lava planet fighting on melting machinery

I've said this before, and I'll say it again. Darth Vader should never have lost any of his power. Every cell in what was left of him still had the same level of midi clorians. The only ability he should have lost was force lightning, because he had no organic limbs. Other than that, he should still have had the same amount of power.
Lucas's research says Vader is wearing the suit .
So, this might be a dumb question, then, but what made Anakin/Vader "the Chosen One", and if Plagueis could regenerate him, and even regraft clone limbs, with his similar midi-chlorions, what was stopping him from simply doing that to anyone? Adding copies quantities of their own xeroxed Force potential to them, and making anyone at least more powerful, to a point? Also, I'm nor entirely sure I believe that every clone of a person is just "them", and not a totally individual, separate being; a unique occurrence within the Force. Maybe it's because I am an identical twin; I effectively have a clone of myself, abd he is still very much different than me, both physically, and mentally. Even when copied, and mass-produced, the Clones possessed numerous quirks, and identifying tells, so I don't know if even Plagueis could have forced the Force to do quite this. Of course, not an expert.
What about Cade Skywalker? Could he have healed, and repaired, Darth Vader? At least back in the day, Dark Transfer was what I thought Plagueis was becoming able to do, but since then, other material has seemingly added onto Plagueis' stuff, so now I don't know if they are the same, or if Cade's power, which Krayt hunkered for, for much the same reason, could have returned Vader to his pre-immolsted state?

Well Vader did become more powerful than sidious in the ROTJ novel. Vader after realizing everything and breaking the mental power barriers became powerful enough to withstand sidious force lightning. If yall didn’t know, Vader suit not only conducted the lightning better, but amplified it extensively, making it more powerful than it truly was. Anakin at that time became powerful enough to with stand a powerful consecutive lighting blast and was able to kill sidious. Sidious in the novel which is cannon and legends as Lucas and Disney said they consider this their cannons meaning both see the book as a true reflection on the movie. But in the novel sidious as he’s falling down the shaft said that Vader had the power in him all along, to kill him, to become more powerful, and all it took to achieve it was love and family. It’s the reason in ROSW that Eternal emperor sidious believed Rey would join him as she is his family and that family would be there for him as it happened with Vader. But Vader did become more powerful than sidious as you said, after his mental power blocks were gone

Skywalker snitched to the jedi that palpatine was sith. He caused all his problems and this also made palpatine facially deformed. Palpatine had justifiable reasons to punish him.

Wait was he cut down 80% of the power he could of have had or was he cut down to 80% from 100% ? losing so many limbs and burning so much of the skin, I would of have imagined him to be down to 30-40% at best which would of have meant that he truly was strong with the Force.
Why would Palp's heal Anakin to 100%? He would know he eventually loose his ability to control him.
