That looks like an amazing set! "Remember the Night" Is one of my very favorite films, and I especially love the scene in which Sterling Holloway sings "A Perfect Day." I always get a kick out of the defense attorney's histrionics as well. And I'm glad to see that "Meet Me in St. Louis," my favorite film ever since I first saw it in 1975 at age 13, is in your list of favorite Christmas movies (although I've never really considered it a Christmas film per se).
DJ, really nice unboxing video. I haven't dealt with Indicator films. I see that this release is Region B coded and not region-free. So I assume you have a Region-free Blu-Ray player. It might be helpful to mention this type of information in case, your viewers do not have a region-free player, they might have trouble viewing the disc on a standard blu-ray player. I assume it is possible to view the film on a PC with Blu-Ray capabilities, because they are usually able to play most overseas discs. Another thing that needs to be checked is if the disc is NTSC or PAL coding. Most PAL Coding discs won't play in the US in most players.
Stumbled onto your channel and liked the contents. Subscribed. I am a big fan of the film. Regarding this particular box set; does it require a region free blu-ray player?
Cool! Welcome to the channel. Yes, this set is region B locked. So it does require a Region Free player. Sorry, I should’ve mentioned that in the video, but I hadn’t tested it yet at the time of recording.
I just watch this film this Christmas. I did not like it. I did not like how they portrayed the “help”. Everyone was put down. So that was hard to move past for me. Even for it’s time. I will give another try next Christmas cause it’s one of my mom’s favorite.
