My gosh those are good size figs!! This year I grafted a Capoll Curt Negra onto a Brown Turkey, and it is doing guite well, and has several figs, but I suspect it won't be until next season that I get better production and flavor. Always good to see that you have some "pull" with those 4 members of the Santa Barbara Fig Counsel ;)

I love larger figs and this one is a nice size. It retains all the density and flavor of the small ones too which makes it even better! 🙂
I recently tried fresh figs and they are surprisingly delicious! Nothing like the fig newton cookie.

The girls/friends, are pros at tasting high quality figs. Too bad my CCN was not the real deal. I would be swimming in those figs.
