My arrow buttons work for me. Idk what I'm doing wrong! I press and hold dyi button then try the arrows but it won't change the colors to make ur own..
When your controller is faulty, sometimes its sign that you need a new battery. Worst case scenario (rare) the circuit in your controller is bad and you will need to purchase a new controller:)

Your remote control may not have batteries or it may have ran out
you know how there's 4 different wires at that box thing that comes with the lights? Make sure the colors of the wires are connecting to the same color, or just turn it the other way and connect it

It's pause. For example, if you are using jump 3 or fade 7 or just flash that button will pause it

Hello what do I need to do to get the blue light to flash on and off only
You’ll need a whole new set of lights, look up RGBIC LED lights, its smart strip lights you can control with your phone and give custom commands such as flashing blue on and off
your room is amazing tho looks like a studio
All my lights and colors are working but when I tried to get it to quit flashing it wouldn’t what did I do wrong.?
Pressing the "Flash" button a second time will not quit the lights from flash mode. In order to quit the lights from flashing, you must select a different light mode or colour, make sure you are pointing well at the sensor and not the lights themselves when doing so and if you still have issues, a discharged controller battery could be the problem and can hinder the controllers capability of changing light modes, you can find replacement batteries at your local dollar store or on amazon. :)
Will putting the strips on your wall damage the wall when taking it off ? Pls get to me ASAP
Yes it will strip some paint off your wall if you remove it improperly. In order to reduce damages you must heat up the adhesive of the strip with a hair dryer set on high heat or a heat gun as you remove the strip off the wall to loosen the adhesive, hence make the removal more easy on the wall:) Answered as quick as I could buddy!

My ‘Fade’ is doing damn near the same fuction as flash cause it blinks with each color change instead of actually fading into a new color. Any one have any tips on how to fix?

Pins are not all inserted or there might be a pinch in the ribbon or if running on battery the voltage is too low

Answerr: I don’t think you can😂, for more control over the light strips you might want to check out RGBIC LED lights instead of the standard RGB LED lights everyone has:)

I don’t think my lights are broken, but they are acting strange. I turn it off and the color automatically stays on as red and when I turn it back on, it goes back to white and I dont know how to take off the red when I turn it off

Its a manufacturing design flaw in some brands of led light strips, to counter this you’ll have to make use of the diy buttons to create your own red button
when I press the white button the color blue,red, and Green are all showing up
