I've been using one forever, syringes weigh like nothing and it is awesome hitting bosses and watching it start to melt. I didn't know it stacked with other people's uses though
Totally forgot about this. I remember it being in the patch notes and being on the pts but I never tried it after it went live. Used it tonight, can confirm it works terrifically on Earl.

Unfortunately, no, the best thing you can do is put the lightest mods on it. It does count as a rifle, so the perk card that makes rifles lighter will work on this!
I wasn't using coffee during the fight even though coffee is great! With railway rifles, you don't deplete ap as fast! I'm also a bloodied build, so I use unyielding, which gives me more special, which gives me more ap!
@@Artikuna weirdly enough pipe rifles got boosted by pistol and rifle cards at the same time as a bug. Unsure if it works now but last season I was using it just as a fuck-around gun and they're actually decent. Won't set any world records but someone who knows more about legendary effects could probably roll a crazy one if it still works that way.
Yes, I’ve heard lots of people complain when the sports prescreen goes down really quickly seriously where do you get your ideas? Nobody gives a shit. The only thing to care about is back in the day when they show up and it’s already dead because somebody killed it in eight seconds with a legacy weapon but I hate to tell you dude shooting the queen taking 25% of her armor doesn’t mean shit every commando out there is already taking far more of her armor with every bullet
Fun fact, you can use these on players in pacifist to annoy them. For some reason even if the other person is in pacifist karma syringers will stagger them every 30s and you can be hella annoying.
@@Artikuna back in the day, when you actually took health damage from not being fed/hydrated you were able to kill afk bloodied players with the karma syringer. You'd find an afk starving bloodied player, hit them with a karma and they would die after 30 seconds.

No offense dude but even if it does stack and assuming it stacks additively so that you can get to 100% you can’t go beyond 100%. There’s no calculation in the game that says I reduced the resistance is on this target by 150% so he’s taking more damage Than he would at 100% and quite frankly I doubt it’s additive. Most damage reduction is multiplicative and there’s just simply no way to get past 100% anyway on top of all of that at the current moment any weapon that has a armor ignore mad like perforating for instance, used on an anti-armor weapon will be additive so you’ll be getting 90% just by shooting or fixer where the perforating Marg, your anti-armor fixer with a perforated mod will be doing 90% armor ignore trust me unless they patched it in the last couple of days every weapon I tested IUI tested some slugger weapons baseball bat. For instance, I forget which mod it was at 30% armor Egnor and I rolled it to anti-armor and I was getting 80%, I tested it on the handmaid every weapon that had an oh I tested it on and off puncturing power fist ironically that all the fun shrimp power fist when attacking scavengers that have 3200 DR being reduced by 90% I still did more damage to them with the fire pad on the pot power fest rather than the puncturing mod, but I think the error for me was I was testing it within size or there’s absolutely no reason to run incisor when you have 90% armor penetration it’s literally doing almost nothing I mean you’re already reducing our number by 90% why do you want to reduce the next value by 75% I mean that’s just pointless so instead of being 10 armor and 100 armor creature 11 to end up being 2.5 armor or three or two hour rounds I mean it’s pointless in the end it may. I remember there being an issue back in the day with the mistress of mystery gear and incisor having a bad interaction so it may be if I went back and tested it without incisor on the power fast, it might do more damage. Either way it was doing 90% armor penetration 40 for the mod and 50 for the anti-armor additively, but if you insist or whoever and sis, I’ve got syringes on my vendor for sale cheap

@@ylpmis0001you can double dip rifleman and gunslinger on pipe revolvers and bolt actions, but not pipe rifles. It has always been that way.
