in beatsaber it's more about the wrist than the arms
@@bsw562 Depends on the controllers. Some controllers weigh more than others and will therefore put a larger toll on your arms, even if it's more about wrists when going for good scores.
@@Simbo_DK agree, i use the Quest 2 controllers and i grip them in a different way (only while playing BeatSaber) and only when i play super fast maps then my arms can hurt a bit but that's it
I'm on the quest 1, I use default grip since controller edges are kinda sharp, I mainly hold my arms in front of me, and use my wrists then move my shoulders accordingly.
It works well, I got 1 minute and 52 seconds through True Hero EX+.
My arms don’t get to sore maybe after an hour they get sore
