The splitter is only faster if using one tank. As soon as you have two tanks the glug time becomes irelevent because it is less than the combined delay of rinsing, opening boxes, removing labels/lids, and bagging the trash.

.did thousands of acres...things sure have changed...Love the setup and the sprayer..it probably cost a little more and covers more then the old A JD did .

Our chem handler has splitters over the sprayers. Pull the jug from the box, drop the bottom on the splitter. Jump on the pedal for the water, rinse and remove jug, toss to the side, repeat.

In Holland it will be mandatory by law next year, to use a filling system that prevents the operator from coming into contact with the chemical substances.
A universal can opening has been developed for this purpose. And that will be used by all chemical manufaterers.
I don't think it will improve the work speed. It will improve safety and environmental safety.

My question is, why do those jugs have such a random 8.65 liters number? why no 8 or 10 or any round number

Why you waiting for the air is guglining into the canister, you have compressed air and you have a nozzle to spray water inside in the same way you can press compressed air into the canister and press out the fluid. Perhaps a separately pipe that is parallel to the nozzle. Or you can mix air into the water . And you should control the air otherwise the canister starts like a rocket away .
