Business News: Some Non-Competes Invalidated, Final OT Rule, and Net Neutrality is Back

Business news: The FTC says 8,500 new startups could be created once non-competes are banned. The DOL estimates that nearly four million workers could become eligible for overtime protections under a new final rule. The FCC indicates that making broadband a public utility that can be regulated will be good for all businesses.
