I made this comment several weeks ago now, some girl called me out on it saying a lot of people who are members see it first. I don't know how true that is, but there were a ton of views already in the first 10 mins that morning. I'm on the east coast too, so some people weren't even up yet when I seen it.

A very good morning Laura......I am a teenager from India and I just love to watch your videos. Here in India where we live the house are build side by side due to which we don't have ground gardens so I do gardening on Terrace in pots and I have over 150 plant in pots including foliage,flowering and vegetable plants.....I wish that one day i will also be able to do gardening just like you...hope for the best.....love from India 💞💞💞

Ah same ! Well not, Paris, but Lyon and the videos usually are uploaded right on time for my lunch break! It even became kind of a ritual, even on my day off ! new video = time to pause whatever i'm doing and grab a bite to eat
Here in the US (Michigan) she uploads at 7:00 am just in time to eat breakfast and watch GA before going to work.

Applause, applause - take a well deserved bow, Laura! Absolutely love the plant choices and autumn hues! My favorite is the topiary with pansies. So pleasing to the eye! I wouldn't have thought of using groundcover juniper or oregano in a container but both are beautiful. Love new design elements in container gardening.

Since you have 20 zillion followers and half of them comment I feel confident in saying that these are some of my favorite plant combinations and you'll never know I've said that probably 1,000 times!!! Haha!!! But seriously these are so beautiful!! Fall is my very favorite time of year and I'm like Aaron, I get so excited because it means cooler weather and cozier family time!! I think that's why I love pumpkins so much!! Thanks for another great video!!

I'm in the Florida Keys. And after my husband leaves for work...I get all bills paid (if there are any) pretty much get thing that are stressful done...then make my coffee and relax watching Laura plant the things I grew up learning from my grandmother...But can't grow in my zone 12b...I grew up on an acre in central NJ. She had the most gorgeous gardens, and just like Laura she planted lots more than needed for instant impact 💗 she had hostas around every tree (very tall huge Oak ms and Maples) and the most awesome collection of different types of tulips/daffodils, crocuses, irises, you name it. If I knew then what I know now, I would of dug up SO Much after our house burned down in Jan 1998, just to replant it in our new house. Bc the people just tore it up when it was all dormant and I bet some pretty cool flowers pop up in odd places now. I miss that weather. I haven't felt anything below 58°F in over 25 years. If someone would mail me a snowman this winter, ill send you an airplant! I have so many! And so many difft types. Also orchids, key lime trees, roses, desert roses, pineapples, aloe, cacti. I can go on. But I've written a novel, sorry! If anyone reads this, you are awesome and I thank you!🥰💚✌🌱

It would be so interesting to see Laura plant a couple of containers just with plants that she have started from seeds. Spring, summer and fall containers? Like a little challenge! I plant my garden from seeds each year and it's challenging some times. It would be fun to watch and it would gives us some ideas to make some gorgeous arrangements on a budget! Love your videos!!

So many great ideas in this video. Most of us can’t do them all (of course) but I’m so thankful that YOU do! You introduce new plants, fun color combos, while educating on care & maintenance at a perfect quick pace. I’d much rather Re-watch if I think I missed something rather than getting antsy (the way I do with the UA-camrs who draaaag things out). I’m so happy to help support you with my 👍. Well done!
I really miss the old format, especially when it's time for fall containers (which are my absolute favorite). It's much more engaging to tag along while you fill the pots and chat about each plant, the way you choose varieties and all those other fun facts.
Agree. I don't like all the good stuff cut out and the super sped up video with just loud annoying music playing. Would much prefer to see (closer to, but obviously not exactly) real time with Laura talking.
I also miss the old format. I liked to hear her explain the plants, why she choose them, and no music. I know her and Aaron are just wanting to give the nicest content for people. But the old format was simply but so good.
@@Katina573 agree . It was peaceful and relaxing and I enjoyed it a lot more.
At start and finish of video Laura did show each plant, she chatted about each one telling about them and why she chose each one. She also discussed the future purpose of serval plants such as her centerpieces, as using them for winter, then continuing on also with her plan to plant them out in their new property for the next season. She did give quiet a bit of info on her selection.
I do understand your point and what you are saying. I think IMO they are using this format only when the videos would be so long.
If she tried to show and discuss in full detail about every single plant for every single container, due to the amount of containers or larger areas she is trying to fill it would take several hours. In this situation most plants in all ten containers were repeats. So maybe to get the format you and so many enjoy, she could "show and tell" one or two planters(if another had different plants involved)Then speed up the planting on the remainder of planters, Which she did do before and after planting instead of while she was hands on planting them.
Considering this ten planter project took much longer than one evening, a video done in the old format would have been multiple hours long.
@@tonyaperry4763 No, it really wouldn't. They've done larger projects and multiple containers in the old format for years without issue. If you like the new format, you're all set. I find it incredibly boring and repetitive, thus my comment.

That oregano is a hearty ornamental perennial! The soft papery flowers can be dried for arrangements. After a couple of years the plant gets enormous. I love mine for its unique textural elements
And the Oscar for best supporting cat goes to …… Russell of course. Love the fall planters and window boxes.

Ornamental Kent Oregano, one of my all time favorites 💕. It goes beautifully with ornamental cabbage. So thrilled and excited you introduced your garden world to this plant. I first used it 20 years ago for fairy gardens. 😁 I so love your actual containers!

I love the fall colors! You could decorate the topiaries by the door as (green) snowmen for winter! Use a scarf to take up space between the balls. I love watching your videos and sweet family, it's like visiting with a friend. ❤️

I sure do enjoy watching these videos. You inspired me to go searching for some items for fall planting for the first time for some pots by my house that were looking tired from summer. No luck at the nurseries in my area but I snagged some clearance things at Walmart and Menards and one of the area grocery stores and put them together in a couple of pots. They looked a little haggard but my pots are set up with drip (thanks to you) and as soon as they started receiving regular water they perked up and showed their beauty. I will definitely be continuing this practice. For less than $25 I have some great fall colored interest. The plants are already full grown so they have created instant appeal. Thank you for all you do for this community of followers!
