So if they would decide to let a reform prisoner free after he served his time and he/she demonstrate what was needed you can be certain that it’s well evaluated and examined because letting these people out of prison is rare. Anybody has the ability to kill included her that she wants to admit it or not and doesn’t matter how evil an act can be if a person shows true inner changes and willingness to be a better person and intergrate society like they should the law gives them the chance to do so IF and ONLY IF they serve their time + successfully complete and pass this very difficult and complex program in reform prison. Lots of terrorists were raised as criminals since they’re underaged ~9years old they were never given a chance to have a normal life or enter society normally but of couse Meghan wouldn’t understand that because she comes from a different privileged world. I don’t know if she watches documentaries about it but she needs to understand that there is some cases that are exceptional and some criminals don’t know better=reform prison. the only thing I will say is that prison time is a punishment not a reform. They can do early release based on good behavior and "reform" but a sentence is given out before hand and can not be extended unless the prisoner commits additional crimes. So the idea of someone returning from prison totally reformed would be amazing but not realistic, so its not really up to a prison to deem that someone is reformed.

Many people believed such behavior could only be lessened through labor and strict discipline. Rehabilitation of prisoners is an extremely difficult process. So if they would decide to let a reform prisoner free after he served his time and he/she demonstrate what was needed you can be certain that it’s well evaluated and examined because letting these people out of prison is rare.
Anybody has the ability to kill included her that she wants to admit it or not and doesn’t matter how evil an act can be if a person shows true inner changes and willingness to be a better person and intergrate society like they should the law gives them the chance to do so IF and ONLY IF they serve their time + successfully complete and pass this very difficult and complex program in reform prison. Lots of terrorists were raised as criminals since they’re underaged ~9years old they were never given a chance to have a normal life or enter society normally but of couse Meghan wouldn’t understand that because she comes from a different privileged world.
I don’t know if she watches documentaries about it but she needs to understand that there is some cases that are exceptional and some criminals don’t know better=reform prison.
Criminals are most of the time victims from a very young age and they become evil, crual and heartless very young=killing and destroying lives and families but they’re still human being and rare are the ones who can be reformed but it’s still possible. Rare but possible.

the only thing I will say is that prison time is a punishment not a reform. They can do early release based on good behavior and "reform" but a sentence is given out before hand and can not be extended unless the prisoner commits additional crimes. So the idea of someone returning from prison totally reformed would be amazing but not realistic, so its not really up to a prison to deem that someone is reformed.
