It works. You can create a hot spot that your phone can see, no problem, but there's nothing to share on my car, since it doesn't have OnStar. My guess is there's a SIM slot buried somewhere in the head unit that could be used, though.

Have you figured it out yet? And apparently sim is in the onstar module behind the front camera for road sign detection

I have the Astra K facelift that doesn't have Onstar and it seems there is no Wifi receiver..

If they had supported it then yes, but they never implemented this feature. You need to go to vauxhall and have the software updated.

picked up my new MY 17 Astra BK unfortunately tapping the corner dosent reveal the code entry.
The sim slot is where the light dome is.
