It can be overwhelming to know where to start. Some help reduce lag and fix bugs, others add new functionality or tweak game play options.

I have played all the games in The Sims franchise:

The Sims 2 - Outstanding.
The Sims 3 - Epic. My fave.

I have all the Sims 3 expansion packs, stuff packs, store worlds, loads of store content, mods, custom content…
I’ve uninstalled it ALL and will be putting everything back one by one, having a proper look, play, explore & review!

Been playing less and less of sims 4 lately when I finally decided "why am I doing this? sims 3 was way better" and now I'm reinstalling my old copy and tryna get some mods.

Once again blew my mind with that Relativity mod! This might sound silly, but my sims can get so much more done in 1 day now!

One note on the traveler mod: it's absolutely essential if you're using the travelling features that come with World Adventures, University or Into The Future. One of the updates of the game (2010-2013) broke the travel code, so more often than not, you will experience problems and corruption when using the native travel code. Don't do any travelling in TS3 without the Traveler Mod in your Mods folder!
And, another note on one of the mods: even better than the learn skills online mod, is the Online Center mod: it allows you to learn skills, read books, check social network, learn recipes, shop online, and more!

THANK YOU! i had no idea why my sims save file kept getting corrupted! turns out it's apparently because i had them not only go to university, but also travel to china and france without this mod installed :/ will install traveller asap!! :))

I like the Online Centre too! I believe you still need the Study Skills Online mod for it to appear in the computer options 😀💚
oh my goodness, downloaded the traveller mod yesterday after around a week and a half (real time) trying to take my sim's daughter and her boyfriend to university and it worked like a charm. Previously it kept bugging out and i could never make it through the first term without some game breaking glitch or an issue with saving, but now they both managed to graduate!! thank u so much i honestly can't express my appreciation for this tip!! ♡

This video has helped me so much, and it even brightens my Day, depression and solitude are real when sims is the only thing that makes you happy and make you feel theres a escape from real life..

What a great compilation! 🤩 For some reason, however, I can’t use Nraas Error Trap as it keeps deleting certain objects from actual game files, like it deleted one plant that came with Roaring Heights (all official and legal, not pirated versions). 😮
I remember playing one day and having complete control of the weather, when the full moon came I just commanded the weather to come hail or snow, then they scattered away like mice lol

Where do I get the other mods?
I was wondering what kind of mic do you use for your videos? The one I have is so muffled.
I just use an inexpensive headset I got from Amazon (EKSA E1000 USB Gaming Headset). Hope that helps 💚
I installed some mods , and now my moodlet for the sims is darker and it goes down soo quick . Any help ???
Heyyy so all the mods are quite old do you know if they are still being updated or if they are still tested to make sure they dont mess up the game etc?
Hey! I would imagine since the sims 3 is no Ionger being updated by EA there wouldn’t be a reason why the mods would need to be updated as well. I believe the ones mentioned in this video are set to work with the final version of Sims 3 EA put out. And if you find that a mod is messing up ur game u can delete it from the file (and if really worried go into origin and fix the entire sims 3 game).
Hello, I don't understand the "Relativity" mod, you say it's to slow down time, but in the end it accelerates to "19" and to "0" that doesn't change anything either. I would like the time in the game to be equal to our real time.
For sims 3 actor career can u go to work with them like in sims 4?

Do all of these work together for patch 1.69 (or 1.67)? I checked the No zombies, one more slot please and traits for all ages and they aren't updated. I want to use this with other mods like NRAAS ErrorTrap and Overwatch.

I just added the story progression, and a couple other mods, and I get notifications from city hall every like 10 seconds when someone from the town gets a job lol. How do I turn that off? TIA :) This was also very useful!
Click on your Town Hall, NRAAS > Story Progression > General > All Stories > None
The progression will still happen, you just won't get the summaries
what gb ram does your computer have?
8GB. Although the Sims 3 can't use anymore than 4GB as it's a 32bit program, so having loads of RAM won't make any difference :)
about the only career I'd be after it were made into a mod is maybe something to do with starting a band or a music production career.
