Each its own, but if the main goal was for a lifetime experience, I would have went to an exclusive jeweler for customized pieces as another commenter mentioned sentimental value. VCA has shoes and replicas so it’s not really special. Just my two cents.
If this company can’t even get the same color of Carnelian something is wrong! I’m not saying for all carnelian bracelets but for one they can match colors! Hematite isn’t very expensive 😢 we use it for in expensive pieces in Alaska where it’s prevalent 😳👀
When I shop in luxury brands in London. I tried, shop in store and have all my shopping deliver to my home address. I live in London, but prefer hand-free shopping. I mean carrying large shopping bags out of high-end store is so 80’s. Only tourists do that.
So sorry this happened to you. You will experience bad customer service in Southern Cali luxury stores due to colorism and financial status that is why I mostly shop online. I try to avoid sa/ca unless they are really nice, genuine nice. But it also varies person to person.
