I always thought I had properly transcribed this myself and bands I played this song with never noticed if I had anything askew, but watching this lesson exposed to me that I played my own misinterpretation which for me always niggled at me about my playing this song. This video has clarified my errors and although my band never noticed or cared I always had but for some reason never tried to re transcribe after my first try. This drummer and his upload has brought peace to my mind via his qualified transcription and his clear break down. I can't wait to play this correctly next time , and honestly correctly for the first time haha. I benefited, thanks a bunch

Damn, it is so hard to play the chorus up to speed, specifically the ride part! I just play quarter notes there, way to hard to play eight notes at this speed atm.

Use a website called groove scribe. You can put the fill in and loop it with a metronome. I just start slow then go up in 10 bpm increments.
