I have the 2" of these. Great product.
Can you make it through the tire without removing the strap from the ratchet?
Depending on your rims, you might be able to fit the metal d-ring through it. But you still will need to undo the strap from the ratchet and run it through the d-ring to create that loop around the tire. If you're worried about how long it takes, its honestly pretty fast to set this up. I would say about the same time as any other ratchet
@@speedstrap3432I agree with the OP. It’s extremely annoying to do this.
It takes extra time.
Any luck getting material to produce more of the "threadable" elastic recovery straps?
the 2" Big Daddy? We finally got it going again! ETA is about July when we will have it on the site again.
@@speedstrap3432 sweet!
How about a soft tie that will go though the rims around the tire?
Just use our Through the Wheel Tie-Down we talked about here. We could make one, but then you would also have to have a ratchet to use with it, and it would be more expensive to have those two straps, then just have our Through the Wheel Tie-Down that's all in one.
Speed strap only has 7 videos and not one of them is "rachet basics". We are sorry we bought this product
