      It’s been a year since you opened your salon. How has it been going so far since you’ve been using the tips in this video?

      Awesome! Thanks for the feedback. Ya, its a long one, but that simple strategy is going to change how quickly you get new salon clients if implemented correctly. Let me know how it goes.

    Good plan! Shock with $500+ price and then $197 sounds real good in comparison!! Good information and I think your plan is a good one!

    If I am renting a booth at a salon is it ok to make a website in my name not salons name

    • @DustinNcCorchuk
      @DustinNcCorchuk  4 роки тому

      It is a free country, so you can really do what you want to do. But it is always good to check in with the salon owner and brainstorm the best way to do this. You will want to figure out your business plan and how you will drive traffic to that website before you make the website because a website without any traffic is useless.

    Amazing work!! this is so helpful. Just a question: how does this fit into the 'classic' marketing funnel of awareness, interest, decision/desire and action? Or does it vary a little bit? Thanks!

    • @DustinNcCorchuk
      @DustinNcCorchuk  4 роки тому

      The SEO part of the funnel will build awareness because it is driving traffic to your website. Then your website needs to do the conversion job at that point to get them to schedule an appointment. In my online course, I also teach about Facebook ads as the entry point to the funnel as well.

Is that an advanced certificate? I also want to start looking at what i should know, and be prepared for. Do you know what things i should forcing on looking at right now for example, saving money, business plans, how to start a business, getting the best certificate possible. People might say i’m thinking to far ahead but i really want to know if this is something that i can even do, and be successful in (: Thank you for this video, it’s really detailed and you outlined it extremely well, and made it understandable for beginners!!!

      Thats assuming a lot. 1. its assuming you have a website that ranks and is getting a lot of traffic. No traffic to your website, and no one clicks any buttons. Most of this video is how to get the new traffic to the site. 2. Its assuming your website is designed in a way to convert. In my experience, i have reviewed hundreds of salon websites, and I would say about 1% get this right. If you are part of that 1%, congrats, this video probably isnt for you.

    What’s the best beauty school in your country ? 😆
    To be honest , all BS are the same .. they all teach the sane books . The difference is .. we are all different in a way and we can be proactive or failures!
    Your wife was prob, a proactive stylist .. happy for her !

    • @DustinNcCorchuk
      @DustinNcCorchuk  4 роки тому +3

      Disagree 100%. Beauty schools are not all the same. Lower end beauty schools are a machine that do the bare minimum to get you the qualifications to become licensed. These schools teach you a couple haircuts and do not teach you the technique to actually be ready to go on day 1 with many different types of hair, facial structures, etc. After you graduate from one of these schools, you are really not ready to be a stylist...you will have to find a salon that has an apprentice program, or just struggle as a supercuts stylist performing pretty crummy services. Other higher end beauty schools actually teach technique, have a higher quality instructors and guest presenters. Yes, you as the stylist need to be proactive at the end of the day...but the quality of your education really impacts the potential success you can achieve.

    You took to Long to get to the point

    • @DustinNcCorchuk
      @DustinNcCorchuk  5 років тому +15

      I got to the point in less than 1 minute, and then gave 6 strategies to accomplish that. I warned in the first 30 seconds if you want to learn those 6 strategies, it was going to take 30 mins of your time, which is a very short period of time to invest in your business if you want it to grow.
